J Seddon Electrical Contractors Northwich Limited

We had J Seddon Electrical Contractors to carry out all electrical work on a recent kitchen/diner/living room renovation. I just wanted to comment on what an excellent group of people they were. Nothing was too much trouble from changing positions of sockets to carrying out extra work not in the original quote. I found all the team really professional, nothing was too much trouble and the lads who worked on our job put in a proper full days work and went above and beyond. I would recommend them 100%.

James and his team are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, helping wherever they can, i would definitely recommend them

James Seddon helped me out of a bad situation when my original installer was ghosting me over replacing a broken part of the solar array he had installed in 2018. I called JSeddon and they came out quickly to assess the work that needed to be done and explained everything they would do. They fixed a date to do the work within a fortnight and did all the work cleanly and tidily on the date James had said. Couldn't ask for anything better. I even managed to get a small claims judgement against my original installer, who was ghosting me, so I didn't lose any money by having to pay James Seddon out of my own pocket ( although the small claims procedure took 3 months ).

I had a good experience using this company and will recommend them.. They were friendly, helpful and professional. The job was done very quickly. Thank you to Lisa, James and the two engineers who carried out the installation.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received when having my electric car charger fitted. From start to finish, the whole experience was seamless and stress-free. When weighing up the work required and providing the initial quote, James arrived on time, he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The installation itself was done quickly and efficiently, with great attention to detail. They ensured the charger was set up in the best possible location and made sure everything was properly tested before leaving. I was especially impressed with how clean and tidy the entire installation process was—they really went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Not only were the technicians professional, but they also took the time to answer all of my questions and give me useful tips for operating the charger. It’s rare to encounter such high-quality service these days and I really appreciate the level of care and expertise that went into the job. If you're looking for someone to install your electric car charger, I highly recommend this company! Excellent work, great customer service, and a job well done!

Great work, special mention to Alex H.

All staff professional including electricians and Lisa in the office. Think you should be able to pay by card though as not everyone can pay by direct payment but very impressed overall

Very good service while doing an EICR for me. James was very helpful and came back to sort a minor issue so the EICR could be signed off as a pass. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely helpful when it came to an electrical issue in a rented property owned by us, gave first rate advice over the telephone that rectified the issue. Will most certainly use again

given initial quotation from our description of the work required via e mail, James came out to talk over job and confirm the original given price, work carried out to a high standard and we were given a walk through of all the features etc on completion. the work area was left clean and tidy as the team having brought vacuum cleaners etc, great impression and all work finished to a high standard, a professional service from start to finish and I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again

I can highly recommend James and the team. When ever I have used JSE the quotations have always been competitive, they turn up when they say they will and the work is done to a very high standard. I have personally recommended them to friends and family, and they have all shared positive experiences.
