From start to finish the whole experience of getting our solar installed by the Green Way Solar was seamless and easy. All staff members were helpful and friendly from the survey all the way to actual installation. Replies to questions were prompt and I never felt in limbo during the process as I was always kept updated. There was no hard sell at all, our needs were listened to and a solution put forward which was in budget and ticked off our requirements. Big shout out to Helen the Install Coordinator who managed to accommodate our various availability times for the scaffolding install/takedown as best she could even though it was us going back and forth with availability dates. After dealing with another solar company initially, The Green Way Solar has been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. From the initial system review, they took the time to explain my options and helped me choose a SolarEdge system because of the shading around my property. Their advice was spot on, and the optimisers are helping to maximise the performance of each panel. The communication and project coordination were second to none. Everything was well organised, and the installation team were professional, friendly, and took real pride in their work. They even cleaned up afterwards and removed all of the packaging and waste, including the cardboard, which was a nice touch. From the beginning of the process, with Duncan and Tracy designing a system based on detailed questions and discussion about what we wanted and needed and there was no upselling or pressure to commit, it's been a pleasure dealing with The Green Way Solar. We had a problem with our roof, which is common on our street, of thin, brittle tiles and feathered rafters which meant fitting panels would likely lead to a leaky roof. I was given the option to not go ahead or have the company work with a sister company of roofers to replace the roof. Helen and Danny managed the roof fitting at a good price and coordinated with system fitters to completethe job. I've recommended a neighbour with similar roof problems to contact The Green Way. The roofers, panel fitters and electricians were courteous and quick and have done a tidy job. The team are responsive and check in when work is scheduled to make sure things are going well. I looked at six solr companies including Octopus, Wickes and Costco. The Green Way were not the cheapest option, but solar and a battery is a big investment which can have problems. The team dealt with our roof problems quickly at a good price. They have been around over a decade and understand and trust the kit they fit. Repayment time estimates seemed reasonable and importantly, I know the team will be there to help me if we have any problems with the system. If you’re looking for solar definitely include them in the list of people you should contact. If you don't want the hassle of talking to loads of companies, The Green Way Solar should be top of your short list.

We recently had 13 solar panels, Tesla battery (plus powerwall) installed and EV car charger installed. Really pleased with Duncan and his team. Lots of 3rd parties to manage (deliveries, scaffolding, electricians, council applications) and they took care of it all. Installation process was super smooth (spoke to people who live nearby who didn't have as smooth an experience due to so many moving parts mentioned and co-ordinating it all). Duncan took the time for a zoom call whilst I was shopping around for quotes etc and knowing nothing about solar, was really good at explaining how it works. Can already see the results, saving close to 75% on my energy bill. This includes charging my hybrid car most days, which I'm really pleased with. Would strongly recommend The Green Way Solar if you're looking to get solar panels installed.

Phoned Greenway, installers of our solar panels some years ago, to ask about changes to the GivEnergy App which had rendered it less than useful. As always, Danny was very helpful and send me an email within a few minutes on the best way forward. We've taken his advice and are, yet again, very happy in our dealings with his company.

I recently had a Tesla Powerwall 3 installed by The Green Way Solar. The price was very competitive, the customer service and communication excellent throughout and the quality of the installation excellent as well. They even managed to install it a week earlier than they said they would. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from start to finish - I actually got a quote for solar panels from The Green Way Solar a few years ago but we didn't go ahead at the time. We got a quote from Michael for a Tesla Powerwall 3 and Zappi tethered charger initially but then I asked him to incorporate solar as well as we use 7500kwh/year and already have an ASHP (the house is fully electric). Michael promptly sent over a competitive quote which we accepted. We are collecting an EV at the end of March so needed everything fitted fairly quickly. Helen was in touch to let us know they had an available installation slot on the 12th of March. Everything was delivered the day before and installation was carried out on the 12th and 13th (the 12th was incredibly windy so they weren't able to put the panels up). Everything was fitted and working by Friday afternoon and we've had a wonderful sunny weekend - generated 19.4kwh of energy yesterday and look on track to do the same again today. Didn't feel pressured at any point during the process, Green Way were informative and communication was excellent throughout. We weren't at home for the installation but Green Way worked around us. Would highly recommend if you're interested in solar/battery/ev chargers!!

Really good experience dealing The Green way. They fitted an additional battery to my property. They did the original install and it’s been working perfectly since. So made sense to have them back. Bonus with the battery manufacturer doing an offer too. The install went well. Happy to report it’s working well. The area was left clean and tidy. The install looks smart too.

Prompt response and polite and friendly electricians. However scheduling a solar panel inverter replacement for 3 pm on a January afternoon meant there was no way it could be finished in daylight (essential for testing before signing off) so they had to come back after the weekend. Amazing Service from start to finish the no pressure quote and site visit from Michael to answering all my questions and queries over many emails to the absolutely incredible install team - just an amazing service. 20 solar panels fitted with a Tesla power wall 3 battery system all the wire works has been installed so neatly with no wires on show which was a big concern for me. This was completed Just under a year ago and ive just had the team back to install an additional battery, so I can maximise the power of the sun.

There are many good solar install companies around. For me the ones that stand out are those that cope well when things don’t go according to plan; there won’t be a company out there that has not suffered this. My install with The Geen Way had a big issue, unseen until the installers could look closely at the roof. As soon as the issue was found the Sales Director Duncan was on the phone to me, fixing up to come out the next day. He did and personally replanned a solution that would give me the same output if not more. We agreed a new installation date, and the panels and battery were installed to the new schedule. The quality of their installer Chris was first class as has my contact to all in the office either via phone or email. I have spent years in the project industry, and this is the way you want recovery to be done. Excellent work The Green Way! Came and installed without fuss, had small issue with meter on installation which was resolved quickly on revisit a week later. Happy with how it was handled, if it was good first time would have been 5 star but still would absolutely recommend, nice people and good prices.

Wow! 14 panels, powerwall battery & EV charger - all complete in 2 days!! What can I say?! The scaffolding went up & the equipment arrived all perfectly to time. Brad, Jordan and Danny were on the roof and completed the job brilliantly and efficiently. They worked clean & tidy and were polite & friendly. They even had to have chats with our resident baby seagulls while calming mum so she didn’t feel threatened!! Would absolutely 100% recommend. The installation price was reasonably priced and the installation was very much to my satisfaction.

Excellent quality of work. Communication was good. A few scheduling issues led to a protracted installation. There is a minor outstanding technical issue, but this is scheduled to be resolved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Green Way as a very professional, reputable and highly accredited solar installer.

We've had our solar and battery in place for just over a month now after being installed by Greenway. The service from pre-sales, point of sale, installation and post-installation has been nothing but exemplary. The office staff have been great, helpful and very communicative throughout. Electrics & roofers were professional and very concious of their work ethic and quality. All in all, I am extremely happy with the setup and the price we paid. Very highly recommend anyone/everyone to use Greenway.

Overall I am very pleased with the installation and it's performance. Everything was completed on schedule, even with a last minute adjustment to the PV cable run and connection. The PV installers and electrician were friendly and knowledgable. Area's for improvement would be in the communications in advance of the install. I think a standard comms product could be issued to customers detailing what to expect and when. For example, what to expect each day, who turns up and when, what access is required to the property, when does kit arrive and where does it need to be stored etc. I had to enquire to find this out. Post the install I found some electrical cable clippings and redundant cable clips left in the garage. Apart from the survey request there has been no follow up. For example, the result of the DNO application and any export limits that may apply and no information about when or how I get my MCS certificate so i can apply for my SEG. Again comms needs to improve IMHO. Not by any means provlems that prevent me from recommending the Greenway Solar, but minor things that prevent a 5 star rating.

The Greenway Way Solar team have provided us with a system that has consistently worked well since its installation in May 2023, and has for several weeks this summer 2024 been exporting more electricity than we have been consuming from the grid, even covering the cost of our gas consumption over this period. We would particularly mention the help of Debbie Rushton who promptly answered or relayed to the appropriate engineers our queries during installation. We would also mention the work of the two young engineers who installed the panels, positioning them very accurately so as to optimise performance.

I was delighted with the service that Green Way and Norse Electrical provided, notwithstanding some unexpected problems. They found a wasps' nest in the loft, which I had to get removed before they could proceed. Once this was done, they moved the inverter, etc., to a more convenient place and replaced it. Unfortunately, no dongle had been sent with the inverter and, when it was sent, it was of the wrong type. As soon as they received the right type, they were back to fit it. They left everything immaculate and the solar panels are now functioning perfectly again. Thank you!

We had a solar panel system put in last year and that company, well what can I say, apart from I'm glad they no longer exist. We then needed to find a company to take over our system and that's when we found Greenway Solar. From start to finish the communication, the workmanship, the professionalism is second to none. Greenway Solar were excellent and we are delighted with our solar system. Greenway were highly professional and thorough throughout. They communicated well at all the phases of the project - design, installation and commissioning - keeping to all their commitments on timings. We had one of two technical problems, which were outside of their control, but they were highly responsive on all the issues, and steered us to secure solutions. Highly recommend.

Good support from the team when help needed, always the same excellent team on the calls and knowledgeable people who visit which is very reassuring. Only gripe is that only option to fit pigeon guard was the plastic flexible pigeon guard rather than the more robust metal pigeon guards. The plastic kept coming off (due to the poor design of clips) and pigeons were able to get under the solar panels. In the end I asked the team to fit the metal stuff at cost of £895, but no refund for the £600 plastic pigeon guard that was initially fitted. If given the option then go for metal guards.

In 2022 The Greenway Solar supplied and installed a large 3 phase solar panel system including Battery Storage to my commercial premises. When I started looking into solar power I soon realised what a minefield the solar industry was. The Greenway Solar were recommended to me by a couple of friends that had worked along side the greenway numerous times on various projects with great feedback. The sales representative Duncan was very helpful and educated me on a many key points I needed to consider before choosing a system. Once I had met Duncan on site and a proposal was put in place I knew the greenway were a company to have confidence in. The installation was finished to a high standard with decent hardware and works superbly. Our factory electric usage has been reduced from 84’000kwh to just 28’000kwh per year. In the summer the system even produces enough power for us to run our air con units at zero cost. If you’re looking to invest into solar I highly recommend giving the greenway a call before you sign on anyone’s dotted line. Since installation the system has run flawlessly and that’s probably because I committed to use a company that has been involved in solar for 10 years. Thank you to the Greenway Team.

It is just over two years since my solar panels and batteries were installed. The system was well designed, providing free solar generated electricity during most of the year and the ability to take advantage of the Octopus Agile tariff when direct sunlight is in short supply. I remain very pleased with my installation. .

We asked for an EV charger installation, where the quote, Site survey and the installation date were fixed within 2 days. On the installation date an issue beyond their control meant that our date was changed. However Danny and his team went above and beyond to keep us happy and moved around things to get us squeezed in 2 days later. A business is built on how well you can trust what they say and the quality they deliver. This company does both.

I really cannot praise The Greenway Solar highly enough. They are a local company to where I live and have been excellent throughout the entire process of installing a system of solar panels and battery at my home. Solar system fitted February 2023 by Green Way Solar. Has worked very well until recently we noticed the battery was not feeding the the house power requirements. Contacted Greenway explaining the fault, they contacted the battery supplier Givenergy and the fault was corrected remotely within a few hours.

Competitive price; no quibble service; quick to fix minor issues; Excellent customer communication; All four teams (scaffolding, solar install, electrics and pigeon protection) worked efficiently and left the site tidy once done; Bottom line, we wold recommend Green Way solar to others. The whole solution is working brilliantly. Great job. A year on, still very, very pleased. Just added a second battery. Now 100% cheap rate or free for 2 adults in semi detached all year. We decided to install solar panels on both sides of our long garage roof as we did not want to spoil the aspect of our main house. We considered a number of companies, but were most impressed with the knowledge shown by Michael at Greenway Solar and felt their price was competitive to others. We had 20 x 480w panels fitted and a 9.5kw Give energy battery storage unit to allow us to make use of the energy overnight. There was absolutely no hard sell. All the team including Callum, Amy, Wendy and Debbie at the office, and Steve and Dylan who were involved with the installation, were brilliant. We had an issue with one broken panel (not their fault) and there was a delay in replacement due to supplier issues for the type of panel we had. We were kept informed throughout and everyone was professional, supportive and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Now we just need some sunshine to boost the generation!

The Green Way Solar have just completed a 24 panel installation on our Village Hall roof (2 batteries and inverter). The Village Hall committee have been extremely impressed with the quality of the installation, the performance of the system and the professionalism of all the various teams that worked on the installation. All aspects of the work were completed on time and the communication with Greenway solar has been excellent throughout (no matter how many questions we fired at them). Not only that but there prices are very competitive and if there was a saving to be made they passed it straight on to us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Green Way Solar.

I purchased solar panels with battery pack 3 months ago, I was extremely pleased with The Green Way Solar as a supplier, the process from ordering right through to installation was smooth and efficient with good communication throughout. All the workforce were extremely courteous and completed their jobs with minimal fuss. I wanted to wait a while after the installation before posting a review to see how the system performed, I have to say that is has to date exceeded my expectations and fully anticipate that the payback period will be considerably shorter than originally quoted. My solar has been fitted now for a few years. Very pleased as it does what I wanted in providing me electric when the power if off. It is something I have experienced over the time and it seems to take longer to get the SSE to reconnect. Maybe due to less engineers. I would like to thank Callum Hirst for being so patient, and nothing is to difficult. Issuing me countless passwords and going through things with me as I am not very computer savvy. Don't leave I may need your help again.

The Green Way Solar Ltd teamed up with Bucks County Council and installed several systems locally, including ours. The initial installation went well but there were some delays with electrician resource to complete the system installation. Once these were sorted, the system works well and we look forward to installing the car charger module when we have an electric car. Communication through the delays was excellent, and I would have every confidence that this solar installer is capable of many more successful installations.

It’s been brilliant working with Duncan and the team to get our solar panels, installed in 2011, clean again. They are now sparkling and we’ve seen an increase in generation.

Had solar panels and battery storage fitted in one day, am so impressed by this company, within a couple of days of sending my post code and photos of the house, I had a report stating the amount of energy I could produce over the year and also estimating how long it take to recoup my investment. The installers were very polite and professional. When i had a problem and contacted the office, my problem was passed to Callum who phoned back with a few minutes to help. My neighbours were so impressed they are getting a quote. Update, a year after my first installation I decided to upgrade to 2 Tesla Powerwall 2’s and add a few more panels. Zhane was awesome, nothing was too much trouble for her. Yet again the upgrade was installed professionally. I would recommend this company to everyone interested in renewable energy.

Can't say how much I have enjoyed the whole going solar experience with Greenaway. The original salesman Paul was in time and very thorough both with the initial panel and battery installation plus the additional battery later on. Callum dealt with the scaffolding and installation and helped me achieve no vat on the major part of the second battery installation. Amy took over whilst he was away and dealt admirably with the admin side of things. Good job all round by the Greenaway team.

A very professional installation by The Green Way Solar Ltd, overseen by Amy from the office. All subcontractors worked efficiently and to their schedule and we were informed at all stages of what was happening. What can I say about this excellent company ? Well I had my install in Jan 22, and from start to now I can say that this company bent over backwards for me, from a brilliant design to fulfilling the install. They answered all my questions with in-depth knowledge and resolved any issues that arose during the install. The solar panels have generated over 20 Megawatts in the time that I have had them and I have not had to pay for any energy now this includes covering my gas usage also, my Direct Debit is £1 a month (Because I can't change it to zero :) ) Why did I choose Greenway Solar , because its a family run business which prides itself on the customer, not a big multi-national company that just worry about getting 1000's of installs out and not supporting the customer. If I were to have another install I would definitely use this company.

We had an EV charger fitted by Green Way in December 23 after obtaining a few quotes for local firms (and a couple of national ones). We chose a GE EVC which are fairly new to the market but it worked with our existing PV & battery set up. Green Way's quote was competitive and the sales process less pushy than others. Zhane took some photos, asked where we wanted the EVC located and provided a quote in a couple of days. One firm wanted to carry out extensive electrical works that weren't actually required but bumped up their quote. EV Charger was fitted but we had some issues with the settings, this did take a couple of months to resolve - a minor alteration to the location of the original PV system CT clamp was required. Electricians attended, completed the works and all now good! Fair play to Dan at Green Way in sorting out the issue, the kit is newly released and took some time for the manufacturer to confirm the resolution. Definitely recommended Green Way again, staff and managers are pleasant and not pushy. Their contractors polite, honest and do a good job in all weathers!

The Greenway solar installed an 8.5kwh battery at my property. I was kept up to date with everything during the order stage and the installers was punctual and polite did a really tidy job.

Green way installed a 16 panel car charger and battery system completed 8 months ago From planning to installation the service from them has been very good The fitters were professional knowledgeable and courteous The equipment was installed very neatly with the minimum impact on the property and has performed well up to specifications The biggest compliment I can give is the after sales. I have asked for a couple of things to be changed in configuration since payment and green way via the operations manager Callum have been very willing and prompt to do this

Absolutely brilliant from the start to the end - Thank you Steve King, Duncan Williams who helped me configure the right solar system for my home. They were patient and supportive and did everything possible to fit my requirements under my budget. Then came the opertions team and I was impressed with the professionalism of Callum Hirst who was fantastic in his communication and keeping me informed throughout the process, which made me feel very comfortable. The Green Way Solar Services were excelent until installation. Their solar panel installers were very messy and obtuse, however their electricians were great (both sub-contractors). BUT, The Green Way Solar Services AFTER-SALES service was awful. Had to keep chasing them up for completed documentation and the DNO letter (this allowed us to start getting electricity-to-the-grid payments on what we exported). Missd out on around two months of exported electic we generated to the grid, plus the useful data we would've got from the sunnier weeks.

The Green Way Solar were superb at getting my Solar PV and battery system designed and installed. Steve provided knowledgeable advice when going through the various options and was happy to cost up alternative equipment and configurations to help support my decisions. Once the design was fixed, Callum took over and managed the installation. His organisation and communication was great and I was kept well updated on progress throughout the procurement and installation. I felt well supported and the team were always on hand to quickly respond to my queries. They had a good bunch of contractors doing the work, all parties turned up as planned and completed on time. Groundworks, scaffolding, installation and electrical work were all completed without issue and they all seemed mindful about leaving the house and garden safe for the kids to run around once they’d finished. Overall I was very happy with both the process and the final result and would have no hesitation to recommend The Green Way Solar or use them again in the future.

Final outcome (installation of 5kw of solar and 13.5kw battery) was very good - considerate people doing a tidy job). Translation from the sales team to ops was frustrating though and internal comms patchy. Stayed in one Sat morning waiting for someone to come round and no one showed. If it hadn't been for this I'd have given 5 stars as the product seems great

Starting with Michael in the Sales Team, he worked with me to come up with the right Solution. It wasn't the cheapest, but when working back and comparing like for like the price was where it should have been for the set up I was buying. It probably would have been easier for them to sell me a cheaper solution, but I'm pleased to say they sold me the right Solution. With so many variables there have been a couple of issues that we've had to address since the installation to get everything running just the way I wanted. This basically comes down to programming and no two users will want the same so a bit of hand holding from Callum in the office and the top top men in the field, Steve & last but not least Dan has been very much appreciated. I wish all companies operated like Greenway. From initial quote, which was very informative and non pressure selling, to mobilisation and installation . Callum and team were excellent, very good communications. Process was easy as greenway dealt with everything. Friendly and professional installation teams. Everyone I dealt with at Green Way were very professional. Fitters were a combination of their own staff (panels) and sub-contractors (Scaffolding, Electricians and Pigeon guards). Everyone was helpful, courteous and did an excellent job. Callum and Ryan, in particular, were really responsive to my emails which meant felt I knew what was going on despite some, understandable, delays along the way.

I contacted Duncan few months ago for an advice about my existing solar panel installation, impress by his prompt response and professionalism there was no much I could do at that point in time. I used Green Way to install a solar panel and battery system in 2022. They gave me a detailed proposal very promptly. I had to wait a little while for the installation as some of the components were not available, but when the installation took place all the technicians were very efficient and respectful. We're delighted with our installation of solar panels by The Green Way Solar. The panels are highly effective - we're generating lots of electricity at the moment. I used this company to install a Solar PV and Battery solution from GivEnergy. My contact, Callum was very professional, and provided excellent communication from start to finish. All parties involved in the work, from scaffolders, solar pv installers, pigeon protection installers and electricians were all excellent in their service and delivery. After installation, I have received necessary documentation and certification to enable me to switch to a smart tariff with Octopus (Octopus Flux). I have not had any issues during or post install. System is working a charm and its great to see my smart meter now shows cost per hour is £0.00 for electric at least! Update 19th May: And now I have had an additional battery installed. Look elsewhere for a hassle-free solar installation. We had a solar PV system installed by the Greenway Solar under the Solar Together scheme and encountered issues at every stage of the process. Their initial survey didn’t measure the roof correctly, roofers tore the underlay in a number of locations and split a rafter with the fixing screws for the mounting system, it took over 3 months to get a date for the electrician to complete the installation after the roofing works, handover paperwork contains errors. I could go on. Overall, a very frustrating experience trying to get problems and delays resolved. The company doesn’t appear to have a very good handle on their sub-contractors, and I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company based on our experience.

My thanks to Danny and Charlie who installed the panels and Ashley and Steve who installed the battery and inverter. Daniel gave sage advice on the power diverter, a wealth of knowledge on all things power related and not forgetting Callum in the office a wise head on young shoulders. The team at GWS were brilliant and I have a system I am thrilled with. A lovely company.

I developed a fault with my Solar panel setup, and so contacted them for help and advice. Although they were very busy, they managed to fit me in to check my setup. In order to find a suitable appointment day/time, we were discussing this through contact outside of their normal working hours, which was above and beyond.

Solar panels fitted in July and battery in October. The system does what it says it would do - so far so good. I have found all the people at Greenway to be genuine and helpful. I had to trust what they were saying and doing as I have no experience in solar but this is the service I was hoping for from a local company. All workmanship has been carried out to an exceptionally high standard and the service, whilst not free of niggles and snags (as one might expect in a large project) has been delivered with care and attention. Getting solar can be tricky but greenway helped with numerous quotes from my ever changing demands allowing me to get an install fitting my budget. Parts supply meant the wait was longer than expected but that’s just how things are now. Will be using them for the front of the house when% money allows.

Top marks, I was recommended to Greenway and I'm happy to pass on that recommendation. Initially contacted 3 potential suppliers, 1st was a pure salesperson just wanted to get through the door. Then added scaffolding. 2nd I think (had short trousers) I knew more than them. Top marks to Greenway on advise, possibilities, feed back & detailed quotes. As an engineer I knew about solar silicon and the developments, Ha so did Greenway.

Sam came out to fix a fault with my solar panels (that another company installed). We were told by other companies we needed an inverter. Sam found rain water had got into the system. He fixed the fault and replaced the defective parts. No inverter needed.

Their installation costs are very high, e.g. they quoted me over £700 to supply a Myenergi Eddi, I got one supplied and installed for £396.

I am a very technical customer and had specific requirements outside that of the typical solar system user. I got quotes from a number of suppliers, and The Green Way Solar came out on top in respect of value-for-money and a better projected return on investment. They also accommodated my outside-of-the-box requirements every step of the way, and their 'can do' attitude coupled with superb communications were refreshing (which is very unusual nowadays with so many suppliers completely ignoring what the client wants!). The components supplied has resulted in an exceptionally efficient system, well beyond my expectations, even on grey days. Very, very pleased with the installation.

I recently had a full estimate and quotation from Greenway Solar and I was very impressed. Their site survey was informative and their detailed quotation with a very clear breakdown of all costs and the expected savings from my solar array were very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm. I didn’t proceed as my roof space was too small to generate sufficient energy but I’ll definitely be back in touch for solar on my next house.

Green Way Solar have installed five panels (2Kw) and a battery storage unit. Although a bit daunting, and there's a learning curve, with all this new technology, everyone a GWS have been very attentive at all stages and any questions answered. There was a battery supply issue, but we got there in the end. I will get more panels from GWS at some point, there's a recommendation.

Excellent service all round. The initial survey and design were great. Unlike many companies out there, the assessment was done by actually climbing onto our roof and measuring up - not taking a stab on Google Earth as had happened with our other quotes! The design was good, the price was right and there was no pressure selling. We were kept well informed throughout the whole process, the install was completed in a single day and we've been happily generating for a week now. Very satisfied and would heartily recommend!

A good experience from first enquiry to the scaffolding coming down when it was all done. During the intitial stages the people at The Green Way Solar were endlessly patient with my questions and gave me plenty of options. In the end we went for 15 panels and a GivEnergy inverter and 8kWh battery, which while more expensive than just the panels and inverter would be should mean the payback period is shorter. The Green Way Solar kept me informed about the proposed schedule of the works and responded well when let down by supply chain issues. When the work started the various sub-contractors who carried it out were careful, efficient and generally a pleasure to deal with. The people at The Green Way Solar were great in responding to the inevitable hiccoughs along the way (as well as putting up with my whinging about them). Ten days into having the system and it's working well, seems appropriately sized for our usage and our daily draw from the grid is around 1/12th of what it was. On a sunny day what we get paid for the excess power we export should cover the cost of what little we import and the standing charge. The one really dull, dark wet day we've had meant we drew around 1/3rd of our previous amount. We're happy with the decision we made and with how everything has ended up.

Scaffolding went up quickly with no problems, so just GREAT The team that erected my new solar panels worked well and everything including the loft installation, was done on the same day. So a good job well done! Thank you,. I can recommend this company.

A large investment and one with some technical jargon to work through, but Danny was available for all of my queries and very supportive whenever I had queries about the installation. Also provided great after-sales support and helped me to set up a better value energy supply and other related products. Highly recommended.

The Green Way Solar provide amazing customer support. They installed my system years ago and since then I have had two issues, each of which turned out to be a manufacturer problem. Danny responded immediately to my calls and got the manufacturer to solve the problem right away with no charge to me. He really knows the industry well and when my university had a major research project in renewables we turned to him to specify and install everything. I highly recommend this excellent local company.

Danny and Callum were efficient in answering my questions, good to see them using an electric car. The sparkies they used for the installation were efficient and competent. Had a few issues with the Powerwall but they ensured all of these were resolved before asking for payment. Recommended.

I’ve just had a Zappi V2 electric vehicle charging unit installed at my property. Callum communicated effectively from the start and always kept me updated. The install couldn’t have gone better, the installer was friendly and professional and did a perfect job. The unit was on the wall where I wanted it and there were no cables anywhere in sight, overall it was a very tidy neat job. I will be considering solar in the future and will be calling this company for a quote when the time is right. I can definitely recommend.

I have solar panels on a 'rent-a-roof’ agreement but Danny supplied and installed a Solar iBoost for us. The work was carried out efficiently and left no mess in the airing cupboard. It’s a great piece of kit that heats the hot water tank via the immersion heater using solar power. I recommend all my friends with solar panels to get one!

We had a problem with our system which is over 5 years old,not installed by Green Way, Danny isolated the fault quickly and after discussing the way forward parts were ordered and installed quickly and efficiently. I found Danny and his staff very helpful and pleasant and would happily deal with them again. The system has now been working correctly for over 2 weeks and I'm ver y pleased.

Had an installation just before the tariff cut-off date, late 2015. Danny from The Green Way Solar was very patient with my endless questions and didn't pressurise us to make a decision. Particularly as we went for a system with a battery. However, once we did, the whole process went as smooth as clockwork. Everything was installed at the scheduled time. The workmen were courteous and efficient and our system has been working perfectly from the time it was switched on. The price was marginally more than an alternative quote, but the solar units themselves are all black and very unobtrusive on our roof. We are very pleased we took the decision to go with this company and would thoroughly recommend them.

Our Solar installation was carried out with the minimum of inconveniance to ourselves. The Istallation team were very profesional with no mess left behind. We are very pleased with the amount of revenue we have recieved so far, we have no regrets about having solar panels installed, we also have the solar boost that diverts any spare power to heating water it was well worth the extra money. Even now in the middle of winter we are generating some electricity.
