Roseberry Electrical - Electricians Middlesbrough is widely appreciated for friendly, professional, and prompt service, often responding quickly to short-notice call-outs. Homeowners frequently praise their tidy workmanship on fuse boxes, exterior lighting, outdoor sockets, and media walls. However, experiences are not entirely consistent, with isolated complaints highlighting serious issues such as repeated no-shows and an inaccurate safety inspection report that missed key electrical defects.
We recently used Roseberry Electrical to carry out an EICR inspection and were disappointed with the quality of the report provided. The property had 14 circuits in total, yet only 10 circuits were recorded in the EICR despite being charged for all 14. When we attended to complete the remedial works, we also found that a number of defects had either been missed or not clearly identified within the report. As a result, we incurred approximately £300 in additional costs dealing with issues that should have been highlighted during the inspection. More concerningly, one of our engineers received an electric shock while carrying out the remedial works due to conditions that had not been properly identified. An EICR is a critical safety document, and accuracy is essential. Unfortunately, our experience fell well below expectations, and we were very disappointed with the standard of the inspection and reporting.
Came out at short notice on a Saturday evening and was a god send! Very professional, clean and accommodating would highly recommended
Very professional, prompt and reliable, would highly recommend. Thank you again!
New fuse board, a lot of kitchen electrics, outdoor lights and socket all done, great job!
Exterior lighting. Work also changed after misunderstanding on our part. Great work and would thoroughly recommend 👏
Media wall done with disco spotlights, outdoor sockets done so I can enjoy summer nights 🥂 quality work and great service!! Would recommend ⚡️
Absolutely joke of a company. Agreed to do the job and never Turned up. Rescheduled twice and the same thing. Some excuses or just lies. No contact whatsoever. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Had this friendly chap sort out the fusebox and done it in quick and efficient time
Had a landlord electrical check carried out by Roseberry Electrical. Professional and friendly service, on time and the service was as carried out efficiently. Would highly recommend and I’m now considering having outdoor lighting fitted by them as well.
