Had to contact babergh council about chipped and exposed light fitting for them to repair. I agreed appt time & waited to see what would happen. [ BDC has not always chosen best firms to do their repairs ] PFL Ltd turned up on time and electrician showed me his ID. He was very polite & considerate chap taking care not to let my cat & dog out. I had not had this company out to do any repairs before and on first meeting was very impressed. Hope other tenants have equally positive experience.

The workman was very friendly, polite, changed a double socket and a bathroom light fitting aswell as checking all safety aspects of my fuse box and electric points throughout my flat. Even took off his work boots. 👍

Daniel and his two colleagues from PFL Electrical did an excellent job at installing the heatsave ventilation system into the whole house efficiently. They were all polite and hardworking and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend PFL as they also have great customer service especially Alison, Jane and Steve who were always polite and helpful to me. The tradesmen are all highly qualified and skilled at their jobs or craft. I have had PFL install thermal boarding up in all three bedrooms and decorative to a very high standard earlier this year. My home is lovely and warm now with great ventilation. Thank you PFL.

Ignorant,and didn't know what he was doing. Complete discrimination,as a council tenant,treating me terribly,and being rude,just because of their downright wrong and mindlessness,when,I pay for my services as a council tenant,rent and such,and am a decent worthy person,but sending someone round who didn't know what he was doing,all because I'm not a so called private customer. I don't see why I should have someone come into my home,which I pay loads for,and keep it in good condition,so it is rentable,which pays for the council business,in first place. Tenants should be treated with rights they deserve. This company,and many others,are downright nasty to them. I wouldn't expect this,from anyone to enter my home ,and be abusive. If I get attacked,I'm attacking back. This is why I'm saying it. These people should be bought to account. Pure criminality. I had to have this person round,not my choice,and yet again this company have been horrible. I wouldn't do this to someone,so they shouldn't. Council Tenants are real people,same as everyone else. The evilness,to do it ,in the first place,and they just keep saying it. I'm not having anything to do with them ,ever again. I'm only speaking to decent people.

Edison from PLF is one of the most respected electrician I’ve come across. He came to my property to put up two extract fans. He takes dedication in his work and makes sure he does a good job. He ensured everything was safe and working order. Very polite and professional.

Very polite and respectful operatives. They explain the works being carried out. Dust sheets were used on the floor and furniture and shoe covers were worn. On completion of work they left the property in a clean condition

This company don't know customer service. The two ladies that answer the phone are both rude. One of the ladies even shouted at me. Disrespectful behaviour! Stay away!

If I could give them a minus rating I would. They provided me with substandard heaters that cost me over £120 awk to run and that's just one heater. When they visited my property on the 18th of December 2023 they told me they would replace my broken heater, it's now the 22nd January 2024 and that new heater still hasn't arrived. They informed my housing association that they would be fitting this heater today But as expected they never showed up. Avoid this company like the plague and I can't emphasis that enough
