Our electrician first strikes electrical carried out our pat testing today in our rental department very speedy service yet very thorough would definitely recommend!!

He came to our apartment in Marylebone and worked efficiently and methodically to find the root cause of the problem after our fuses began tripping. My neighbour suffered a loss of power to all 13A sockets on the morning of May Bank Holiday and I was able to determine for her that the fault required an electrician. I contacted Alex and he was able to attend within 30 minutes, even though it was a Bank Holiday. Alex found the fault in the ring main wiring and was able to provide a safe temporary repair within one hour. By arrangement he returned 2 days later and provided the permanent repair by locating and replacing a faulty cable. I will definitely use him again.

Alex arrived within the hour, and in 10 minutes had diagnosed the problem with our hot water failure. He was able to temporarily fix it, whilst ordering another part that was required. Unreliable and makes commitments he wont keep

We have a CCJ against this company for an unpaid invoice, which is still unpaid despite High Court Enforcement Officers attending his premises, as he hides out of sight when they knock. We provided recruitment services to this company but he engaged the candidate behind our backs in a cynical attempt to cheat us out of our fee. Alex Stein, the company owner, will ignore and block your number if you try and contact him. Suppliers beware and make sure you get paid upfront. In response to the owner's reply - yes you're correct we have left a similar review on another company that have tried to have us over. The world is full of slippery people like yourself. It's obvious that Alex is completely out of his depth when he states that the only further action we took was to leave a negative review about him, we have sued him and he has received a CCJ - he clearly has no idea what this means for his credit rating and his reputation.

The technician was very rude: not happy about being asked to take off his shoes (in a post covid world), was aggressive and disrespectful to my wife (she was home alone with my daughter) and he even told her :”are you out of your mind”

Alex was very rude over the phone. He immediately said he is busy and if i want to book i should just email as he doesnt have time to spend on the phone. I asked for his email address and he abruptly said 'so you didn't even look at the website'! Just look there! I went to the website and emailed him but no one got back to me.I wouldn't really use this service purely on the way he spoke over the phone

Called up to explain what we required for commercial office wiring and said I had a range of quotes but the difference was large so wanted to get additional opinions. I did however said if it's on the higher end then I wouldn't want to waste anyone's time so was asking if possible to get an estimate. Reply? "Why don't you just go with the cheap one then?" OK then. No wonder the company is called First Strike. One strike and you're already out. Not sure how much business you'll win with this lazy and rude attitude.

Unhappy with service. Expected to pay one price, was charged another. would have given Zero stars if had the option.

rude man on the phone, hung up on me

Have never experienced such horrible service. Alex, the company owner and main point of contact, was impossible to get a hold of. He would never return our calls or emails. We were part way through having a light ballast replaced, and when the contractor could not find the correct ballast, they simply gave up on our job and decided not to return our calls or pursue any further business with us. Moreover, when we eventually got a more qualified electrician from another company, he found that the wires connecting the ballast has been snipped by the First Strike Electrician. Only choose First Strike if you want your electrical job to take longer and be more expensive.

I spoke to Alex who started out polite but as soon as he heard I needed to ask my land lord for permission before arranging the appointment, he became very unhelpful and sounded completely uninterested. He told me he would call back but didn't and completely ignored my email and voicemail, he clearly had no intention of calling back but was rude enough to leave me literally waiting by the phone, as it was urgent. I've now booked with an electrician who was polite enough to answer a couple of questions.

The excellent, cost-efficient service from First Strike is unbeatable. They have always given our company sound, knowledgeable advice and workmanship, and is the reliable backbone for the most demanding of our electrical projects.
