Being a huge koala fan I couldn’t resist ordering the coco koala table lamp in silver rather than gold (cus koalas aren’t gold right 😂). after finding it for sale in various places online I opted to put my order with Moonlight Design Ltd. My experience with this company was a positive one, super fast delivery - I ordered on Sunday and coco arrived Tuesday and I totally love my new light. I’d recommend this company to anyone and the light to anyone who loves koalas like I do!

Great service from Moonlight Design Ltd! I purchased the Endon Lighting Daley 5 Light Arm Pendant on Wednesday and it was delivered promptly 2 days later. Customer services kept me informed of the status and delivery. Everything went smoothly. The exact same light is being sold elsewhere online ranging in price from £260 to £320. I was delighted to get it for £145 with free delivery. Very happy customer! Thank you!

I bought a light fitting with three globes. The package arrived and sat waiting whilst I found someone to install it - I live in Bristol - electricians have long waiting lists. A month later when the electrician got round to installing it he found that two of the lamps were a collection of shards - not all that surprisingly when glass is put in a small cardboard box and sent by courier. I contacted the company - a free replacement was out of the question as I had left to too late and past their guarantee cut off time - all my fault clearly ! Stuck with a light fitting with only one globe I reluctantly paid £16.92 for a replacement and by instinct I thought I'd buy the replacement one globe at a time as I had already lost all faith with this company. A week later (you've guessed it) the globe arrived in pieces - once again just a glass globe sent in a box without any bubble wrap. I contacted the company again asking perhaps whether they thought of sending a replacement with some bubble wrap this time? A week later the shade arrived double wrapped - result. I then contacted them to pay for the second shade - a further £16.92.A week later the shade arrived in pieces ! (no bubble wrap again).I contacted the company only to be told they were out of stock (I'm not surprised) but they would get back to me when they did. A month later they were in stock and the shade arrived with double layer of packaging. In the 24 years of buying things online I have NEVER had such poor service. In the three months it took to buy online to getting the fitting in full working order on my ceiling I pondered on whether there are certain things which just need to be bought in the flesh rather than through a supply chain starting inevitably in China. The light fitting looks great - I'm just not sure I would willingly go through the headache of using this company ever again.

When I was looking for this light it was out of stock so submitted my details. Received email to say it was back in and as this website was the best price I had seen I ordered it as soon as I got the email. It was easy to order and was advised that an email would be sent when it was dispatched. Contacted customer service after 4 days as I was still waiting for dispatch email to be advised there was a problem at the warehouse and it had not dispatched. 3 days later I contacted customer services again and spoke to Beth who was really helpful, she looked into issue and contacted me to say it was now with courier. Got a notification from courier to say driver was delayed, light was not delivered and following morning on checking tracking it was on its way back to warehouse. Contacted Beth who ensured this would be sent right back out and gave be a bit of refund for all inconvenience. Got the light the next day. I have given it 4 stars mainly due to Beth, she was fantastic and because of her I will use this sight again. So good to get such great customer service. Well done Beth.

I bought two rather expensive pendant lights from this company. There was a delay in hanging them as I’m renovating my house but they looked fine and were kept in the box. When we went to hang them all the connections were bent and so they look really wonky. Must have been a damaged batch but they refused to replace due to it being over 30 days.

Amazing service. I had a slight hiccup with delivery (no fault of Moonlight Design) and they were incredibly responsive and helped sort it all out. Really pleased.

Disappointed Asked to purchase a brass screw specific for a lantern we bought as our contractor misplaced it. Came up with an excuse that the supplier was unable to provide. Very hard to believe. Response was find a hardware shop and buy a brass screw(Really) so we can have a mismatch screw to the other 2 lanterns we bought. Will be contacting supplier direct myself.

Ordered the Tiffany Glass Sullivan Floor Lamp and it is absolutely stunning, it has become in its own right a gorgeous standout feature of the lounge and is often complimented. Beautifully designed and colours. Really pleased with the purchase and the fantastic service and delivery!

Ordered 5x lights from them which were needed urgently. They got them despatched quickly and were thoroughly helpful throughout. Unfortunately 1 unit was damaged, however they arranged a replacement quickly and without fuss! - Excellent service!

It brigtened my night when I found Moonlight Design, unlike other shops they had multiple interesting designs available all reasonably priced. And when we had an installation issue their support was friendly, prompt, got in touch with the manufacturer and followed up to make sure our problem was solved. A+++++
