Incompetent doesn’t even begin to describe how bad this company and its workers are. I refused them entry after they wrecked four rooms while installing a wet room floor — three times. They left a leak in the loft that damaged the room’s door, wall, and floor below. They hand-sawed the bathroom door (leaving it wonky), concreted the carpet to the wet room floor, left a hole through the wall, wrecked a brand-new vanity sink and toilet unit, and caused plenty of other damage. Completely incompetent. I very much doubt any of these workers have proper qualifications. They’re exploiting the disabled and elderly — “cowboys” is a massive understatement.

Very polite and hardworking. Very impressed with all the work they done .
