Excellent service in every way. High quality electrical work at a fair price. The administration staff, Amy and Monica were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The electrician we had was Leon, who was superb in focusing on the tasks in a knowledgeable, careful and methodical way. Communication was clear and explanations very useful. It’s a superb team and they will be our first choice for electrical work in the future!
Arc Electrical's electricians were fantastic. I'm based in West London and was in a right pickle as couldn’t find availability with my usual sparkies. They've carried out an EICR, LED and Aico smoke alarms replacements and then when my new lease (car) was an EV, I got them to instal an EV charging point at my flat. They arrived on time, were clean, tidied up after themselves and the lads were super friendly — and the pricing was very fair. Highly recommend for any electrical work in central London - well, anywhere in London as they cover all over!
Great service and genuine goods. Well packaged and fast delivery. I will be ordering again soon. One of the light bulbs didn’t work and they kindly surprised me by sending out replacement
I had to have a few electrical issues fixed in my flat including replacing my fuse box which meant we had to liaise with my energy provider and council. Although my energy provider and the local council were a nightmare, ARC persevered and got all the work done! They were professional, explained everything in a way I could understand, always on time, and left my flat clean. I would highly recommend ARC Electrical, and already have to friends!

I had some electrical work carried out by Arc and was very pleased with the work. The electricians and administration staff were very good. When I had smart meters fitted recently I found that my storage heaters were not working. I was told by the electricity supplier that it was the radiators. The Arc team really helped me and also produced a report. I am very pleased with the company.

I contacted Arc this morning to ask for an electrician to come out and fix a problem with our lighting. He arrived early, with the right kit, and fixed things quickly. Arc have always been great with us, especially when we have needed problems to be sorted urgently. Their office staff are prompt, courteous and helpful.
I used Arc Electrical for over 5 years during my time working as an operations manager at a non-profit company. I always felt that we were in good, safe hands and that the friendly team at Arc went out of their way to find solutions for us. The electricians who came to site were professional and reliable, and communications about the work were clear and good. I highly recommend them.
The team are Arc are so helpful! They have worked for me across two different companies now, as I know I can trust them to come in, on time, be professional and charge me fair rates. Their knowledge is excellent, they communicate the work required in a clear manner and if there are delays, let you know why. They've also helped us out at short notice when we've had emergencies in the office. Can't recommend them enough.

Arc Electrical were a great help when I was looking for storage in London. They took the time to answer any question I had via email and calls and were very transparent and thorough in their explanations throughout the process!
Underfloor heating played up. Danny came round and quickly found the problem, fixed it, didn't try any upselling, all for a fair agreed price. Only a small job, but felt I could completely trust them, plus always great to support a local company.
