He arrived on time and fixed the issue promptly. He was very helpful and friendly. I had a problem with the bath drain and the toilet leaking. I also had an issue with the hot water and even though he was not booked for that, he offered to help.
Mat was excellent, punctual, professional, and very thorough. I had an issue with two radiators that weren’t working; not only did he get them running again, but he also checked all the others and made sure the entire heating system was working perfectly. He even followed up with me by phone afterwards to make sure everything was okay.
I had Mat help me with my leaking washing machine and check the pipe under the sink. He was very helpful and kind, using special equipment to fix the issue so that we could temporarily use the washing machine. He also made sure everything was working properly before he left. Mat was patient and willing to share his knowledge and experience whenever we asked. I would highly recommend him for his excellent service and kindness.

Great smooth service. I had Mateusz attend to sort a leaky radiator and the temperature of my shower. He was great explained the issues and talked me through it all. I also felt very comfortable with him in my home, making note to take off his shoes and be very respectful whilst in my space. I hope all other repair men in this company are just as great as Mateusz

Had an issue with a water clog in my new flat. Roya helped to quickly book an appointment with a plumber, and Mateusz did an amazing job fixing the issue. Very satisfied with the customer service and support from them. Hope they continue to maintain this high bar.

I can highly recommend Matthew, the plumber who attended. His work was fantastic and he replaced the part in no time. However, the customer service team were terrible and constantly needed to be chased to get the two visits booked in. If I had not called back multiple times, I doubt that anyone would have attended.

Another East European company which uses price work scheme and not paying in full for completed work . In other words stealing money from innocent families leaving them struggling with bills and surviving. In my case I have not received around 1500 pounds. And when you on price work you can't prove it. Asked for help contract manager Andryi Kin. Ended up with my phone blocked. Send email to mananging director Peter Szczypulkowski got reply asking for more details and again. Silence. So guys...be careful...read other reviews...this stealing scheme happens long time...do not get your families in financial trouble...a bit more...company was running out with steel rod for clips..I bought myself steel rod in screwfix in order to keep myself busy as I was on price work. When I need timber for bath legs support I have been advised go, find it on site anywhere and steal it. How it sounds...steal it...and it happens in Uk. 2024 year...horrible, horrible experience....worst in 15 years working in UK....

Unprofessional company, with a unqualified staff where half of them don't know to read a drawing and they don't understand English language. Bad management, without experience and qualifications. They don't know what Respect is , for their customers or plumbers, they are continually looking for stupid reasons to don't pay your work . If you have the wrong drawing from the beginning they will put the all blame on you. You will need to chase them for your money, to email , to call 10 times untill somebody will answer you back. For me personally this is the worst expirience in 12 years of building industry they deserve 0* but unfortunately we don't have this choice here
