We used Up Keep for some maintenance in our office (repainting of toilets and a meeting room) and we couldn't be happier with the results! All the work was carried out within the time scale provided, with minimal disruption considering everything took place within office hours! The workers we had were very polite and left the spaces spotless after the work was completed. I had an absolute nightmare situation checking in to a property which wasn’t clean, lights needed fixing, extractor needed fixing then to find out that the drain in the back courtyard had a leak with sewage raining down from the above flat. The furniture was left there rotting and no attempt by the agency to clean or even investigate the stained pipes and walls. I was rushing to leave the house to catch a train, Shemus arrived saying he was there to investigate the leak. I told him I had 3 minutes until taxi arrived and he said he wasn’t given any keys and the wrong contact number, had driven an hour to get there. He quickly confirmed it was sewage and said he’d get back to me. While on the train I got a phone call to say the leak was fixed, the courtyard washed and rotting furniture removed. I’m still in shock as he was so kind enough to actually finish the job but also leave the area in a clean condition. The best service I’ve ever received and complete blown away after the appalling condition the agents handed over the property. Thanks again Shemus! You’re an absolute legend!

This company is the best of the best! They were so accommodating. I had issues with my plumbing and they couldn’t have done more to help me. I was worried about being ripped off but they were the best quote out of several others. Dear Reader, do not be put off by the length of this review for Up-Keep 360, as the saying goes ‘God is in the detail’... I needed to get my flat renovated to be able to rent it. Garden’s clean up, fencing, decking, bathroom update, full electrics, whole new kitchen, plastering, tiling, gas work, new boiler… and the list still goes on. I needed an organisation that did it all at an affordable cost and more importantly had in-depth knowledge of the practical, aesthetical, and legal requirements for such a property to go on the market for rent. Yes, I know that seems like a tall order! After a while of searching and just about losing all hope I got referred to Upkeep360 and met with Mr D. Hasula. From the word Go, no job was too little or too big. It was a YES, we can do it all for you. All details were discussed and before I knew it, I had handed over my keys for the work to commence. This was not my first rodeo of property renovation, so I was prepared for the inevitability of complications to arise as work went along. However, what impressed me was how Mr Hasula kept me in the loop of any obstacles – discussed options – made excellent recommendations – realistic impact on cost and the long-term benefits of amending the action plan. This showed EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, ADAPTABILITY, and the SINCERE desire to want to do a good job. I genuinely felt like my property, and I were under the care of a very CAPABLE team. I got the pleasure of meeting some of the tradesmen that worked on the site too. Every single one was polite, friendly and most of all competent at their specialist skill. I specifically remember smiling as I watched them work coherently and efficiently as a team. Their level of professional service was like a breath of fresh air and quite inspiring. I had said at the start of the project that “This all seems too good to be true”, yet here I am saying - it is all true. A very high standard of customer, professional and skilled service was provided, and I would highly recommend their fantastic services. In addition, I would like to wholeheartedly wish the Up-keep 360 team all the best in all their future endeavours and hope that their honest and hard work continues to bring them success.

Very quick response time, they sent an engineer out to my property the same day. The engineer was very friendly, efficient and tidy. Considering the circumstances they were very reasonably priced too. Overall a great service, have now used them a few times for different jobs and would definitely continue to use them.
