Great knowledge and great install from the green light team.

Greenlight helped us add a solar system our smallish premises in Derbyshire. The system we now have will reduce our electric consumption from 12k per year to around 5k per year. ROI is projected at 4 1/2 years which I feel is an easily acceptable time to re-coupe the initial outlay. They have been professional and communicative throughout the process. Happy to recommend and would use again.

I employed Greenlight to supply the power and lighting to the cabin I had built at the end of my garden. Before carrying out the work a discussion was had with regards to the garden lighting and Mark suggested it would be cost effective to run the two projects in tandem. I am pleased with the cabin power/lighting, however my wife is absolutely delighted with the design and quality of the lighting which shows her architectural planting in it’s full glory at night. Will look great in the upcoming summer evenings.

I booked to have a Fixed Wire test, and I have to say the staff were very professional and friendly and booked it in on the date I requested, I also received a booking reminder. The engineers that turned up explained what the process was and was very friendly, I would highly recommend them.

Things have got even worse. Greenlight promised to settle their outstanding debt after the issuing of a court summons, but once again have failed to pay, and we are now issuing a new summons. Would not touch this company again with a barge pole!

Very poor service. We asked them to upgrade our electrics but the work they completed did not pass fire inspection. When I tried to discuss this with them they were extremely difficult to contact, were very slow to communicate with me, and would not accept any responsibility. Definitely will not be using them again.

I paid for a job with GreenLight. They postponed the job twice until it was three weeks after the initial booking. I therefore cancelled the job. My emails went unanswered. I have had to issue a court summons to get my payment back from them. I have since found another firm who are cheaper and more reliable. In answer to your comment that the court summons was unnecessary, I should point out that six emails requesting the repayment were unanswered, and you have still not paid the £35 court fees which wee are now proceeding to press in court again.

I just had a fire & co2 alarm system fitted by greenlight and I am very pleased with all aspects of the job. Very professional, efficient, curteous, super flexible & all for a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to all landlords.
