White Light, the fact that they are London based means we are able to collect in a rush (Done it!), Mainly sales now, but commend the sales team. Old and more recent orders were perfect, and kept in the loop, prices were competitive.

I was a lampy for a festival locallu and some of the equipment was hired from white light. we had some Sharpys which one lost its pan/tilt function. Whitelight were contacted and sent a replacement first thing the following day. Could not ask for a better service and will certainly use personally in the future as well as recommend them to anyone who needs tech dryhire.

Appalling service from start to finish. Please read review carefully and be very aware before you use White Light Ltd. A very disappointing experience, with unhappy delegates and poor feedback at the end. We had hired White Light to manage our AV requirements for a large 2-day national conference. We had paid over £1600 for two technicians (one to "manage" the audio and one to "manage" the video). We had the most basic of requirements - a series of powerpoint presentations on a projector with a microphone sound system. It was a disaster from the very first lecture. The remote clicker constantly failed resulting in the lecturers having to ask the technicians to forward the slides manually. The hand-held microphones worked intermittently (we weren't offered a lectern microphone or lapel microphones - for a national conference - REALLY!). The technicians were completely apathetic and did nothing pro-active to help resolve our AV issues. This was a case of turn up, do the bear minimum and offer no support or solutions to any of the problems encountered. £1600 spent and any form of compensation declined. Perfect Venue, perfect organisation, perfect catering but abysmal AV support. Avoid.

I am a frequent customer of White Light, both over the phone and through use of the online shop, and on every occasion the customer service has been impeccable. Most recently there was a delay with my order due to supplier stock issues, and White Light kept me constantly updated as to the status of my order.

I have used Whitelight a lot in the past year both in Sales and Hire and all the times I have been impressed! Yes things do go wrong now and then but the amazing team at Whitelight have the best customer service around and are always happy to help! Some of the best customer service I have seen. I bought an ETC product and it got very complicated with the due date constantly changing due to ETC, however Daniel Cheetham helped make the process very easy. I was constantly updated with how my order was going and if there was any changes that needed to be done. It was a very smooth order and I had an extremely good experience!!

An excellent supplier with an endless stock of equipment and consumables. The next day delivery option has been a lifesaver for many of my shows and you're always going to have a friendly salesperson on the end of the phone. The newly designed online shop is a great addition to the service, easier than ever to get the things you need in time! I hope to have a long relationship with White Light in the future.

We will not be using this company again. They supplied faulty goods. We returned them at our cost. They took weeks to replace the goods. They charged us £11 to send the back to us.

What can I say about the service I received from this company apart from it being terrible and the staff incredibly rude? I can tell they were singularly unhelpful and acted like they were doing me a huge favour just discussing a purchase. Find another company to sell you or rent you a light.
