Peter from RIPPLE ELECTRICS did some small jobs in my property including testing wiring. He was polite, professional and carried out the work to a good standard with useful feedback.

I found Peter via the Electrical Competent Register and instructed him to undertake an EICR and subsequent remedial works on one of my rental properties. He was very thorough and tidy, and I will be using him again when I next need an EICR.

Peter helped me out at short notice fixing a broken light switch days before selling my house. He was incredibly efficient and a clear communicator. After I'd moved I contacted him to install dimmer switches in my new flat and again he did a great job, explained everything thoroughly and even adjusted the base intensity of the lights which I didn't know could be done but has been really helpful for managing my light sensitivity and headaches. Would highly recommend him.

We asked Peter to help with the electrics in our newly renovated flat, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He installed strip lighting in the kitchen, added extra plug sockets, repositioned pendant lights, and fitted dimmer switches throughout. Peter was an absolute gem to work with—patient, thoughtful, and incredibly supportive of two complete renovation novices. What stands out most about his work is the pride he takes in every detail. Everything is immaculately neat, and at the end of each day you’d never know a tradesman had been there—except for the beautiful results he left behind.

I was very happy with the electrical work Peter did at my home. The work included fitting various lights and sockets around my home and in the garden. Peter was confident, friendly, had great time keeping, tidied up well and is reasonably priced.

Had an issue with a fuse that kept on tripping. Reached out to Peter to come and sort out the issue. He gave us a reasonable quote, arrived within the allotted time and fixed the issue within the expected time frame. Very happy with the quality of his work. Will use him again in the future if we need some electrical works done.

Peter did a great job reviewing and correcting faults with my electric installation that was done by a previous builder. He also installed some new sockets and changed a light fixture. He was happy to work around me while I was renovating a room, doing a first fix and coming back weeks later when I was ready. He even adjusted the cost to account for a little extra work I took on myself without prompting, very reasonable. He took the time to explain things and responded to any questions I had thoughtfully. He didn't respond with 'rules of thumb', but took care to work out the requirements and loading on the electric supply by all appliances. I felt assured by his work. Happy I found him and would recommend him.

WOW! Peter is the best electrician i've ever had. I intend to call out Peter for all projects in the future and refer him to all my friends. For context I had a issue with my MEV system in my apartment where it was stuck in boost. I had 2 sets of MEV specialists visit, 2 other electricians and nobody could figure out what was wrong. Peter put in the time to figure out the apartment's wiring and how everything was setup and determined it was the PCB, he then ordered a new one and came back to replace it and boom, my fan system was finally fixed. In passing I also mentioned I would like a new light fitted in my kitchen and he instantly got to work getting that wired up and fixing the switch for it too. Furthermore Peter made sure to explain everything he was doing and explain to me how everything works which was a really nice extra touch. In short, I highly highly recommend Ripple Electrics!

I am really grateful for having been referred to Peter. He took the time to look at my complicated electrics and listened to what I wanted and did an excellent job of rewiring my room. Top notch electrician! Excellent communicator - responded very quickly to my messages, clearly explained the faults of the issues I asked him to look at. Ripple Electrics quickly diagnosed, found and resolved a major problem with our driveway lights that was causing the entire fusebox to trip every time it rained. It was a deeply hidden problem that we never would have found! But the electrician clearly knew his stuff and fixed the whole thing very quickly and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
