I had a fire risk assessment listing work that had to be done to meet legal requirements. The details were complicated for a lay person to understand but RGS were very helpful at steering me through and explaining what was needed, plus suggested better and cheaper remedies than were on the report. I highly recommend this company.

Third time using RGS in the last 10 years. This time for kitchen and lounge refurb. Had five of the guys at various times. They are always so polite, tidy and professional. Needless to say the work they do is excellent, undertaken with great skill and care. I haven't bothered getting other quotes as the RGS team are trustworthy and I have always been very pleased with their work.

RGS did a full rewire for us on our 1930s home. They installed a new consumer unit and were always helpful when I had add ons or questions about our new electrical set up. They worked well with lots of traders coming into the home and we felt completely happy leaving the boys with full access to the property. Trustworthy traders and lovely guys! Will be getting them back once we are ready to address our outdoor space :)

I have used RGS multiple times for business (HMO, retail, fire detection and emergency lighting & PAT work) and for personal domestic projects (re-wire & new installations). The team are really good at listening to and advising their clients, being clear about the scopes and pricing which is easy to understand. I highly recommend them and most recently used them in my partial house re-wire and extension work (October 2023). I chose to use them over the builder's in-house electricians as I really trust the RGS team. The team were flexible, enabling me to continue to work from home; very careful around a nervous pet; and did a very surgical job to minimise the disruption and redecoration after the re-wire.

Charged me for a quote even though their website states "Fixed price quotations: We provide quotations free of charge. First we will arrange to make a visit to the property to assess the work to be done. We then provide a fully itemised, fixed price quotation – not just an estimate.

I can highly recommend the team at RGS Electrical. My lights were constantly tripping and I was advised by another electrician that my house needed rewiring. I'm due to have a baby in the next few days, so you can imagine the stress of having to move out and the making good of walls and floorboards after the work has been been completed. I was recommended Rupert and his team by a friend. Rupert quickly responded to my email and sent the lovely Peter to me the following day. After a lot of thorough testing, he found out what the fault was which meant that our house didn't need to be re-wired after all! As you can imagine, I'm utterly thrilled, particularly with a baby due imminently. Our kitchen underfloor heating had been disconnected by the previous electrician who said that it wasn't possible for us to use it. Despite being extremely busy, Peter came back a few days later and again fixed the problem. As a result, our kitchen is now nice and warm for when the baby arrives! Thank you very much Peter and Rupert! I'll continue to use you for all my electrical work.

I'm a music engineer and needed to power my recently built Summer House. What an amazing experience I've had and just want to say a special than you to Simon Nguyen who was extremely helpful in explaining every step and very professonal. The man deserves a raise with the service he provides.

I am very pleased by the work completed by Rupert and his colleague Steve recently in my property. Would certainly recommend them to anyone, they provide efficient service, arrived bang on time on time and went the extra mile when it came to fixing some paintwork in my house caused by accidental damage to a small area of when replacing a light switch.

RGS were great! They provided a fast, reliable and very competitive service. Having phoned late with a problem in the evening, they were able to come round the following morning and fix it within the hour, leaving no mess and talking me through the cause of the electrical problem as well. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone living in the East Dulwich area with electrical engineering needs!
