SafeApproach Services Ltd

Very impressed with the professionalism shown throughout the job. He installed outdoor security lighting and additional sockets in our garden office. Everything was done safely and to a high standard. He made sure we understood how everything worked before leaving. Great communication, punctual and reliable. Would happily recommend to friends and family.

After a bad experience with another electrician, I was hesitant to hire anyone again. Thankfully, SafeApproach restored my faith! Their team was so professional and caring. They assessed my needs and completed the job efficiently without any hassle. Now, everything works perfectly, and I couldn't be more satisfied. True professionals!!!

SafeApproach made a world of difference in my home. Daniel is friendly, skilled, and very professional. The job was completed quickly, and everything is functioning perfectly. SafeApproach is the best!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided. The electrician arrived ahead of schedule and exceeded all expectations. Not only was the work carried out to an exceptionally high standard, but additional issues were also addressed, including the replacement of faulty and outdated lightbulbs and fixtures. Everything was left immaculate, with great care taken to clean up thoroughly after both the planned and unexpected tasks. The service was professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful, and I would be delighted to recommend it to others. Thank you very much, Yousef (and my apologies if I have misspelt your name).

Very Bad Experience This electrician was rude, rushed the job, and didn’t do the work properly. He left my electrics off and even damaged some sockets in the process. Extremely unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend him.

Yusef fixed our doorbell monitor when it fell off the bracket. I couldn't find anyone who would fix it and I even had another electrician look at it and quote that I would need to rewire the whole system! Yusef came, fixed the wires at the back, replaced a few plugs, and it's now working like new again. Yusef also fixed a ceiling light in one of the rooms and he did it so quickly and efficiently, no mess and the light is working. Really impressed and he's now become my go-to electrician.

Amazing service , efficient and polite , very good price definitely using them again

Fast, efficient and fantastic service. I will be using these guys again and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends or neighbours. Very impressed.

Called them out for an emergency fault — they found a wiring issue behind the kitchen sockets and sorted it quickly. Super responsive and knew exactly what they were doing.

Really impressed with the all-around service. From fuse board upgrade to sorting lighting and even adding new sockets everything was done to a high standard and with great communication.

Really impressed with the EV charger installation. From the start, they gave great advice on which charger would suit our car and driving habits, without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. The installation itself was neat and tidy, and they clearly took pride in their work. They also took the time to explain how everything works, which really helped put my mind at ease. Professional, friendly, and reliable – would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a charger installed.
