Ishmael is my go to electrian, he is very knowledgeable and hard working. Always makes himself available when an emergency arises.

Ishmael is a pleasure to work with. He is friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. He came the day after I made contact with him. He arrived on time, assessed the job and explained clearly in terms I understood what the job involved and safety regulations. He came back a couple of days later to complete the work. Again he arrived on time and did a great job installing a new RCD consumer unit for a new shower installation. I contacted Ishmael after reading his reviews and I’m so pleased I did. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using him for future jobs. Contacted Ishmael again to do shower installation. He came out on Christmas Eve at very short notice. Don’t think I’d have got such great service from any other electrician. He’s so reliable. I definitely recommend him. Thanks Ishmael for everything.

Needed a replacement extractor fan fitted. Called Ishmael who was able to fit us in the next morning. He arrived on time, sorted everything out quickly, without mess and most importantly to budget with no surprises. Recommended!

Ishmael and Russel connected our garden room to the mains, with lighting, sockets, outside light and external power point. In the house they installed 4 additional sockets and a porch light, and replaced the bathroom light. They worked hard and completed everything in a day. I am confident that the work complies with the regulations. Their quote was very reasonable. Recommended, especially if you want work carried out promptly and efficiently.

Pretty happy with the service. Diligent installed a new bathroom extractor fan and works perfectly. There's no more mould. I had to wait 3 weeks before writing this review to test it. I also had a problem with my oven which kept on switching off after 60 seconds. I asked 2 electricians beforehand and they kept telling me my oven is broken even though it was only 2 years old. Diligent replaced one of the boards on the electric box and explained the actual reason. The oven works perfectly fine now.

We had a washing machine leak from the flat above that went straight into our main switchboard. I texted Ishmael, who called immediately to give initial advice. He said he would be able to attend the next afternoon. The following day, he contacted to say he could attend in the morning. After a thorough check, he made good the water damage, and ensured our electricity was restored safely. As always, really helpful - often when we are in need.
