Excellent — NK Electrical Engineering installed both my kitchen and bathroom extractor fans and replaced a bathroom light. Noah was professional, tidy and on time throughout. Before installation, he checked the specs of the fixtures I purchased to ensure they were compatible and correctly IP rated for the bathroom. Noah was recommended to me by my usual electricians when I had an emergency and they didn’t have anyone that could pick up the job. Always a good sign when a contractor is recommended by another good contractor and Noah didn’t disappoint. Noah was clear about cost and communicative about when he could get to me (I needed a same day appointment). He sent his quote in writing and kept in touch about how he was getting on, so I knew when he’d arrive. I really appreciated this respect for me and my time. When Noah and his colleague Immanuel arrived they were friendly and polite. They got to work and found the problem quickly. They resolved it and left everything clean and tidy. They explained the issue and even though I’d created the problem, they were nice enough not to make me feel stupid. As a single woman (and a POC), I often deal with patronising treatment, and being overcharged for under par work. Neither happened with NK Electrical Engineering and I would gladly recommend them.

We booked Noah’s services based on his reviews and it didn’t disappoint. We initially asked him to provide an EICR for our new home. The report was thorough and detailed, and Noah even took the time to explain everything in layman’s terms over the phone, which was really helpful. Based on that experience, we then went with Noah again to carry out the necessary remedial works and, again, were not disappointed with the quality of his work. He is meticulous, organised and professional. He was also kind enough to agree to do extra unplanned jobs on the day. We couldn’t recommend him enough!

Noah carried out an EICR for me prior to installing an extra socket in kitchen. He explained the results of the EICR to me clearly, offered suggestions for remedial work and answered my numerous questions patiently. My consumer unit was replaced, it had not been touched for at least 30 years, so I now feel much safer. All remedial work was carried out swiftly and to an excellent standard. I had some addition sockets also added together with new cables for future lights. He also fitted a new fire alarm for me. I am delighted with the work carried out and already have plans to get Noah back to replace some more sockets as has my neighbour! I am much happier knowing my house is a lot safer now that Noah has completed the work. He left the place tidy at the end of the day and communications were great. I have no hesitation in recommending Noah. He is a lovely, reliable and trustworthy person.
