Kelly is great and has helped us out a couple of times now - rewiring lighting systems, and putting in new circuits and charge points (all fully certified) - including solving challenges that we had been left with by a previous electrician. We love the way she is happy to explain what is going on as she works. We already have the next project lined up for her 😁

We have had Kelly do electrical work for us for many years now from kitchen renovations to new lighting throughout our flat and new power points and electrical testing. She always does a great job including helping us install a really difficult and heavy light fitting over a stair. On top of that she's just a very nice person to have round your home.

I was so impressed with how professional and efficient Kelly was. I finally had someone who was able to sort out a number of electrics that needed fixing in my house, where others had failed! She’s thorough and explains clearly what the problem is ! I was so pleased with the outcomes that I instantly booked her in for further works! I would definitely recommend Kelly to friends and family. My sister-in-law who had loads of work done by Kelly recommended her to me ! She said she was brilliant and she really did live up to that!

Kelly is amazing. She is super organised, shows up on time, lets you know what she's doing, does the job, is super friendly and helpful, explains everything - I highly recommend her for any job you have! She did our EICR and fixed many issues we had and put lights in for us.

Highly recommend Kelly for large or small electrical work. She installed power to my husband’s workshop at end of 140 foot garden as well as replaced switches and lights inside house and installed a new RCD box. She is reliable, tidy, and work very reasonably priced.

Absolutely delighted with Kelly's Electrics. Communication is always brilliant and Kelly always explains firstly the options and kept me in touch along the way on every job. Have gone back time and time again to use her great services and can't recommend her enough. Have been so happy with her work I've passed her details without any doubts and both people who I passed her details to were extremely happy with her work. Gutted to not be able to call on Kelly now I've moved cities, hoping I can find another Kelly where I am now.

Not a great experience for us. Our initial arrangement for Kelly to come to our house was aborted as she turned up more than 30 minutes before the appointment, by which time we were not yet home to receive her. She did not wait for us but left saying on a phone call that she would return another day. She then called to delay the arranged time for the second appointment as she had a medical appointment of her own. This would have been fine, had she been able to sort out the two things she came out to do. However, Kelly left our house saying she would consult with one of her contacts, a specialist, before suggesting solutions to one of our problems. Two months later, we were still waiting to hear from her. When prompted, her response was that she never heard back from him and we ought to make our own arrangements to find a specialist. It would have been more honest of her to say she was not qualified to sort out our problem when she came to our home, rather than leave us hanging for two months. Pity, I really wanted this to work out.

Kelly is an outstanding Electrician. I've had multiple electricians through our house during renovations over the last few years and Kelly has been the most competent and professional of them all. She is efficient, friendly and an excellent communicator of the work that needs to be done and the options available to solve the problems we had. We couldn't be happier, highly recommended. R

It's always a pleasure to work with Kelly. She's reliable, very knowledgeable, and always finds the best solutions for us. We've had her do electric testing and upgrades at our place a few times, and she's always done an awesome job. Kelly keeps us in the loop and makes sure everything is up to standards. We're always happy with her work!

I didn't ever meet Kelly, as she dealt with my tenants directly. However she proved reliable and professional, and got the job to upgrade the properties electrics for the ECR done in good time. When I checked with the tenants afterwards, they said all was tidy. Recommended, and I will be using Kelly's services again if needed.

Pros: Everything was done to a certifiable standard and she responded to emails and communicated promptly and clearly. Cons: Kelly was just extraordinarily expensive at £1100+VAT for about 6 hours work. Having used a couple of different electricians on other jobs since, they have baulked at her prices. I would certainly say to make sure you get other quotes before booking.

Kelly replaced my bathroom extractor fan to fix an issue with the motor. She made it really easy for me to understand the issue, gave me options for replacement, and then carried out the work really well! I wouldn’t hesitate to get in touch with her again for any electrical issues, and will recommend her to friends!

Did not take the work as too busy.

Not impressed with Kelly and the company. I waited in one afternoon as arranged. Kelly then rescheduled for the follow morning and didn't show up. I tried over four occasions to contact Kelly in order to find if there was a delay or further cancellation but Kelly did not return the favour. Both my time and my company's time have been messed with/wasted and to no regret from Kelly. Her communication is appalling. I would not recommended Kelly.
