I asked Darren to come and look at my boiler after another engineer who was doing a service recommended repairs and a replacement of parts. Darren had installed the boiler 12 years earlier and I remembered the excellent service he had given. Turning to him turned out to be a wise move! He responded very promptly, checked the boiler and made quite minor adjustments and reassured me that no major work or new parts were needed. He exudes an air of honesty and reliability, was very professional and charged a very fair price. He also gave good advice for the future. Thoroughly recommended!!

I called Darren right after Christmas to repair a leak around the tundish of my boiler. He was incredibly efficient, calmed me down over the phone as I was anxious about the dripping and said he would come to fix it, despite it being a holiday, to repair it. He was extremely kind and helpful but because I work late shifts I didn't sleep all night so that when he arrived to do the repair, I think I upset him. I'm really sorry Darren if I did upset you, I just hadn't slept all night. Please accept my apologies if I was rude or short with you, or anything like that. I can tell that you are efficient and brilliant at your job. Forgive me. 🙏🏻

Darren was very professional and communicated throughout the job. He installed two appliances which involved gas and electricity work, and he did both safely. Would highly recommend.

Such great service from Darren. As a landlord with a tenanted flat in Tooting it’s really important to me that my tenant is happy so when the hot water stopped working I had to deal with issue remotely as I live in Yorkshire. Darren was great, I could not have asked for more. I’d totally recommend him. He managed to get to the flat the next day, update me on the problems, recommend solutions, order parts, carry out the work and was professional and courteous with my tenant at all times. Darren was great - would totally recommend. Posted on checkatrade for urgent repairs to a gas pipe early one evening. He responded quickly. Asked to have a quick call to see if the work was of interest (given in local area). Talked through it with him and he agreed to come next morning after first job. He arrived next day early and sorted everything out professionally, explained all very clearly, and all was left clean and tidy. Would definitely use Darren again for gas-related work.

Darren fixed the electrical issues regarding the pumps and valves created by the previous guy who couldn't fix them himself! Darren told me what his approach was going to be regarding end to end testing of the circuits and found the problem promptly. Darren also did the GSC and serviced th boiler. Darren installed a new gas pipe between the meter and the boiler and he was great from start to finish. I'm a bit anxious paying by the hour for building work but Darren worked really efficiently and completed the job to a high standard. Most importantly, he was really easy to communicate with, arrived when he said he would and charged a fair price. I support small businesses so never want to leave a bad review. However Darren has caused us so many costly problems, which have had to be rectified by others, that I feel compelled to share. He recently fitted a boiler which the manufactures say does not comply with their installation instructions and they will not cover our 10 yr warranty. Darren denies any problems and was abusive on the phone. We asked him to rectify a WC overflow problem, which ended up flooding the house. There are so many other good plumbers out there, choose someone else and save yourself lots of hassle and abuse.

Recently moved into a house with a complex heating system: underfloor (wet and electric) and gas. Darren was able to come quickly and timely and clearly explained flow of the system, its mechanical components (both necessary and legacy) and the 7 thermostats. A Big Help
