Tom and Lloyd came to install a new shower; arrived on time, extremely polite, explained how everything worked - and then tidied everything up/took the old shower away with them. Couldn't fault the service.

As part of our garden re-design, we wanted lights put in our decking and also in our new shed. We were recomended to speak to Lloyd at Alpha Electrical and he was brilliant. He came round to discuss the work, agreed what was needed and the budget. When it came to install the lights, Tom was responsible for this and he was amazing. There were a few options to consider and he ran through these with us. With the help of his expert knowledge we have ended up with an outstanding result and are 100% happy. No hesitation in recommending the team at Alpha Electrical for any work you need doing.

Alpha Electical go that extra step, after a fuse board change, a couple of problems arose from other trades working in the property. They could not have done more to rectify the issues even though it was there fault. They are neat and tidy, punctual and great communication from them before and after the job had been completed. I wouldnt use anyone else for any electrical issues or jobs. These guys are the best about and all at an affordable price. Legends

Had to replace both a faulty and arcing light switch as well as a damaged wall socket. Both Lloyd and Tom were prompt, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I had no qualms about their professional conduct and was assured throughout. They even offered to go the extra mile with additional minor tasks! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would use them again for any further home electrical issues.
