Ayrton and Nick converted an attached garage into a new bedroom for us in November/December 2023. Whilst the job itself was fairly straightforward, and the work was first class, the most impressive features, where we have experienced issues with previous builders, related to their timekeeping, reliability and information. They kept us fully up to date with everything that was going on, turned up when they said they would, and if they were not going to be there one day for any reason, they gave us plenty of notice. It all led to a stress free conversion for me and my partner and we would definitely use this company again.

Complete refurbishment project of a large 4x5M lounge area. Full strip out of all services, Walls, ceilings, floors, lighting etc .... New - Lowered ceilings, re-boarded and plastered Installed Air Conditioning and ventilation services / system for Heating / Cooling. Complete new electrical fit out, lighting, power, external lighting, TV and data making good and re-plastering all walls Complete re-decoration. Highly recommend the team at ADF Property Services, good work, on time and in budget.
