MBM first did some work for me in early 2019, so this is the second time I've used the company. I would highly recommend MBM if you need any electrical work carried out. James was punctual, personable, efficient and left everything clean and tidy. A new fuse box was fitted and a few electrical niggles sorted, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent work and thank you!

Very prompt with booking in work and they went out of their way to fit me in at short notice. They are happy to answer any questions and advise on the best solutions. No job is too big or small and the team are a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Martin, James and Tom!

I contacted Martin after reading reviews here and on Google. I have a tenanted property in Romford and I live abroad which makes things far trickier for me. Despite not being able to provide very detailed information for Martin to go on, he gave me an approximate price range which would be confirmed on inspection. My estate agent's contractors charged for a call out and quoted me £971 for a bulb change and 2 extractor fan replacements. MBM did this work, added a double power point in my boiler cupboard and power flushed the system for £744! I will use their services again for sure!

This is the 3rd occasion I’ve used MBN and always satisfied with their professionalism and workmanship. This time it was to fit some new garden sockets and a light in new shed as well as a Wi-Fi router - as couldn’t get reception at end of the garden. James was very helpful in explaining where to position everything and did a great job as always. Showed up exactly when he said unlike other tradesman I’ve used. Would highly recommend.

When I first met Martin and James I thought they were nice, professional and honest. When I first moved to the area this company came up on google so I used them. Fast forward a few jobs, as I like to stick with the same people, they went through a hot pipe and flooded the house and caused damage, I never took it further, they also installed some dodgy ceiling lights that had a poor connection and then nearly set the home on fire, no remorse or accountability. 100% it is not due to faulty bulbs and is due to how they were fitted after having other professionals out. They also massively over charged for some lights and the installation, so essentially were robbing me during the process! When confronted about it they blocked me. Pathetic. Can’t face the mistakes they made. Couldn’t even have the decency to discuss. Obviously massively put my back up as feel totally robbed by this company who I’ve spent a lot of money with! This is not just a few hundred! Dishonest and nasty company! Shows what type of people they are. Money grabbing and robbing AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Me and my husband just purchased our forever home and it needed a full house rewire. Contacted MBM Electrical services and got an honest quote. The level of detail in their work was next to none and just great people you could trust to do the work at high level. Their customer service and just ability to care for the customer and their home is why they are highly recommended. We had an issue with damaged wiring. Mbm electrical service engineers were able to resolve the issue promptly and explained each stage of the repair clearly. We then booked to have the consumer unit replaced/ updated. The engineers arrived promptly on the date arranged and completed the job to a high standard. At all times the men respected our property and answered any questions we had. At all times we were able to contact Martin or James. We would highly recommend Mbm Electrical Services Ltd and are planning to use them again in the near future for further projects.

Engaged MBM to fit Ring doorbell. Martin arrived on time ,assesed the situation and offered to have the work completed that day. James and Tom started work in the afternoon and did an excellent job, setting up the camera and using the garage , rather than the house ,for the wiring and sockets.James set up the WiFi , making sure everything was functioning, and demonstrated this before leaving.Two friendly blokes who know their stuff. Highly recommended.

Martin, James & Co did an excellent job 3-day job, removing unsafe old installations, replacing the consumer unit, updating circuits for increased safety, installing new sockets and other jobs. First class, prompt work and BOTH very fast and very diligent. Very impressive. Not overpriced for the quality of work. Recommended.

I had an issue with condensation in both my bathroom and kitchen. Called out MBM electrical to give a quote regarding any remedial works to solve the problem. MBM was very prompt to respond and put forward their recommendations. 2 extractor fans were recommended and installed and to date condensation is now a thing in the past. I also had two exterior wall lights installed. Both looks fabulous and adds more security to my property. The team was really professional and friendly from start to finish. Great job complete. Highly recommend this company.

I have used MBM twice now in the last year in response to my electric tripping which resulted in them fitting a new consumer unit and I can’t fault the service. They responded in a timely manner on my call for help. Their work was completed to a high standard and I feel that I can trust that their work is done thoroughly and no corners are cut. I have not been persuaded to spend more than required. I thoroughly recommend this company and and will definitely use them for my next job.

Had to have the kitchen rewired and new fuse box installed, they were in and out in a day, expertly done and very clean, highly recommend, James and the team over came every problem our house threw at them. On a separate occasion we came back from holiday our some water got into our wires outside and James flew over and fixed it all up it’s no problems. The whole team is very professional and highly recommended.

We use Martin and the team for all of our office/site matters, Martin responds to requests within hours and attend as soon as possible, with urgent matters resolved within hours! Martin and the team carried out the electrical survey when I was buying my house. He took the time to walk me through the issues they found rather than just giving me a report. Their attention to detail was really impressive, so I asked them to return to carry out corrective work in a number of areas and have used them several times since to address faults which have come up and also generally upgrade the electrics in the house. They’re a hard-working, friendly bunch and I have no hesitation to recommend them.

MBM Electrical did a rewire in my kitchen & installed a new consumer unit a couple of years ago. I have since had them back a couple of times to do various electrical jobs.
