We had the pleasure of Owen from Arch Electrical Services come to our home to complete an electrical inspection for our house. He arrived on time and told us what we would expect from the inspection. Owen also went into our garages to check the electrical systems which shows that he reviewed all electrical systems both inside and outside of the main house. Once he had finished the inspection, Owen gave us a verbal breakdown of the outcomes from the electrical inspection and further actions that will need to reviewed. All round excellent service from Arch Electrical Services and we would recommend them and use their services in the future.
I was left without lighting after some plastering work and needed it fixed asap and an extractor fan installed. I contacted Arch electrical and Aaron attended pretty much straight away and installed a new extractor fan and 4 spot lights into my en suite bathroom as well as getting all the lights back on. His service was incredible, fast and reliable. Would highly recommend and will use for all my electrical work in the future.
Aaron was fantastic from start to finish. He responded quickly, arrived promptly, and sorted out the heating element in our oven when we really needed help. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The repair was completed efficiently, and our oven is working perfectly again. We had Aaron visiting a few days ago to check the electricity in our house and he was very professional, very friendly service and knows what he’s doing, also answered our questions with knowledge

Aaron agreed to travel into London to investigate my problems. He arrived on time and diagnosed the two problems I had very quickly. He found a local shop which had the parts required in stock and gave me the stock number which proved very useful. He then fitted and tested the new parts and tidied up. He was polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. First class service and someone to keep.

Top work, installing a bathroom extractor fan. Patiently explained how the humidistat and timer function worked. Added an external vent in job (no other sparky quotes mentioned missing external vent) without adding too much to the cost. In and out quickly. Clean work and having them back to do some more work.
