Klainti was superb. From his punctuality to his genuine pride he takes in making the customer happy. He pays attention to detail to finishes in all areas. He fitted a ring door bell, and initially wasn’t positioned to my preference. He returned within hours not only changing the position but placing it on surface that took more effort. He did a fantastic job! He also made sure to clean up the area leaving it in the original state. Finding someone that cares in making the customer happy is rare. Installed an electric humidity fan in the kitchen. They worked efficiently, quick, respectfully and tidy. They had all the tools needed for the job which was not an easy task as the wall was very thick and others have struggled in the past. We had these two amazing guys from Hoxha Unity come over to put in three extractor fans in our kitchen, bathroom, and WC, and seriously, they were amazing from start to finish. They kept us in the loop about when they'd show up, and while they were working, they always checked with us about where we wanted the fans and switches. They were super polite, professional, and really thoughtful, especially since our four-month-old baby was napping. Honestly, they were some of the best tradespeople we've ever had. They didn't just vacuum up after themselves; they took all the trash with them and even went above and beyond by wiping down the floors, walls, and surfaces. They double-checked everything and showed us how it all worked. Definitely recommend them!
