I have lived in my flat for a year now without having a spare key because this company doesn’t respond to our block management or to us. It’s stressful because I will be locked out of my house should I lose my keys. The company is unresponsive. If there is a good way to get in touch please let me know. Otherwise I would not recommend using this company
