All tests passed so pleased to confirm they aren't rip off merchants that try to make extra business from you. Received the certificates on the same day, ideal as needed a quick turn around for my rental property, in line with all regulations. Highly recommend and will use again in future

These guys are fantastic, they respond to you within about 10 minutes to book in the service and can usually come out the next day. I had all my gas/electric safety certificates and EPC carried out by the same lovely guy, who is very efficient and friendly. Would 100% recommend to any landlord requiring certificates for renting.
