Their contractors were incompetent and unreliable. The owner also never take any responsibility even when clearly in the wrong. Became aggressive and unprofessional when challenged. UPDATE: also tries to suppress google review.

Peter kept me regularly updated and checked in on us after the job had been completed to check all was okay and Aaron kindly came out of his way to pick up keys from my work to complete the job whilst we were out. will be recommending this company to anyone, they went above and beyond.

Very rude customer services!! Rang up to enquire about an apprentiship and had the phone put down on me because I didn't have a pen to hand.

Utterly incompetent, avoid at all cost. I arranged for an EICR with London electrical solution Ltd., on the day of the work, one of their staff called me on my phone and told me my building is being torn down. After they eventually get into the property and done the test, I didn't manage to get a certificate after two months. There is only one person called Michael in the whole company that can issue an EICR and he will ignore your email for weeks. He also can't read because I had 4 versions of the EICR from them for the same property and he will either get your name, address or the condition of the electrical installation wrong. With the time and effort wasted on getting all these information right on a certificate, I might as well get another company to do the test. Edit (16/Oct/2020): Since I can't reply to your reply, I will just put edit here. On the EICR you sent me on 19/Aug/2019, apart from my name and postcode being wrong, there is only one C2 item and the conclusion of the whole EICR is unsatisfactory, is that "nothing serious" to you? That's just one example of many that says a lot about the standard that you and your company is operating on. Two months later after many times of you changing random details on the certificate and my numerous attempts to get things right, when I finally managed to speak to your colleague Peter, the first question I got asked was "how many times do you want to change?". Well it depends on how incompetent you are! Yet after all the time and effort I spent, no explanation or apology was given. The lack of customer service is unbelievable. I will just leave one question here, if an electrician takes four attempts over two months to put the correct name, postcode and overall assessment of electrical installation in the same form, would you trust him to touch/fix the electrical devices at your property?

I've used London Electrical Solutions Ltd a number of times for work at two rental properties. They are nice people to work with. They are reliable, straightforward, no fuss. The office and the electricians are good to deal with. You always get a response when making an inquiry and they are flexible and I always feel they want to help, to a good job and offer a good service. You get a job card for work completed and everything is clear and transparent on invoicing. No pressure from them. They are my first call for electrical matters at the properties.

I have used LSE several times since I bought my flat. They are easy to deal with, reliable and always provide a detailed quote for sign off before they commence work.

We use LES for almost all our works at a group of colleges in London. They do everything, from fixed electrical testing and PAT through to installations and repairs. Most recently they've helped us to convert two floors of one building to LED and to install efficient new electrical heaters in another building (controlled using a smart app). LES are always competitively priced, reliable, honest and highly professional. I can only commend them to anyone who is looking for a quality electrical contractor charging reasonable prices.

I have used London Electrical Solutions over many years for a variety of issues across several properties. My experience has been excellent. This is a professional, reliable and well run company which I would highly recommend.

I contacted London electrical solutions asking for an EICR, and was quickly called up to discuss the requirements and was given a transparent quote (all details of costs were included which I appreciated). After work had been done they provided a clean assessment along with photos (I was not at the property) and further work that would be needed. Everything was completed to a high standard, Michael was professional and always made time to answer any questions. Really pleased with the service I received and will be using them in the future!

The team at London Electrical Solutions responded quickly to my call to perform an electrical installation test, portable appliance test and ultimately the replacement of my fuse board. Was just on my Commute home from work ... was at roughly 16:20 on the M25 ... i was around 2 car lengths behind a motorbike in the fast lane after overtaking a company van, around 75 mph ... when the company car, undertook me, almost driving me off the road ... had no choice but to slam my breaks ... anyone who drives dangerously around motorbikes should have their license instantly revoked and serve time because acting this way kills people. it was a man in his late 30s, maybe 40s , short brown hair / short beard and license plate was EF17 UBH on a ford van ... i hope he gets fired as it is embarassing for the company having a man act like that with their logo plastered all over it ...

Installation of ceiling light at 3 to 4 floors in height in a residential home. Receptive, punctual, friendly and caring team. Defective light bulbs replaced quickly. Was very careful to ensure minimally invasive work was done in wiring of new ceiling light.

I used this company twice. Both times there were issues with invoicing. The first time I was invoiced almost £120 over the quote. This took months to sort out and the ‘office manager’ was rude and abusive; threatening legal action for unpaid invoice. The second time two people came out and said ‘there’s nothing we can do’. I thought this was a nonbilleable call. Months later I got a letter fro a legal firm requesting payment of around £110 (call out charge plus late fee). When I explained I had never agreed to the fee and had never received a bill - the ‘office manager’ said she had tried to contact me by email and I had not responded. This was an old email address - she said ‘it was my responsibility’ to ensure they had they had the correct email address. I said - legally it is your responsibility to : agree to a price before services are rendered and to provide an invoice for same. The service people are pretty good, but administration is HUGELY unprofessional and lacks the slightest essence of customer service. Get rid of the office manager and get up to date on legal requirements for the business.

Danny from LES replaced a faulty plug socket for us. He was very professional, explained everything clearly and cleaned up after himself. Great job.

Absolutely bananas. Initially booked to repair my bathroom light switch, which was giving me electric shocks. Two engineers came, had an (uninvited) poke around my flat, and managed to convince my letting agent that the bathroom light fittings and extractor fan did not meet regulations. London Electrical Solutions have thus far been unable to point out which regulations are in question despite being asked on more than one occasion. Appointment booked to do the work, day booked off work, and they emailed (emailed!) to inform me that they weren’t coming an hour after they were supposed to be here. Rebooked a few days later after a ridiculous and rude exchange of emails. Showed up the second time, but with the wrong light fittings and the wrong fan (they thought it was an extractor, but it was a heater - they could’ve asked if they weren’t sure). Fixed bathroom light switch and for some reason replaced a plug fascia. When they left on Saturday morning, I noticed that they’d somehow broken the boiler, which is odd, as it is located in the kitchen. After an October weekend with no heating or hot water, they finally nailed it at the fourth attempt on the Monday. Has to be said that the engineers were lovely guys, but a terribly organised and managed business that had me asking my letting agent to allow me to get someone else in at my own cost. I would’ve significantly preferred continuing to get electric shocks from the bathroom light. I’m down two days’ annual leave and a significantly increased risk of being exposed to Covid, but it’s my landlord I really feel for.

I called them to cancel the appointment one day before the appointment start date. They requested me to pay for a cancellation fee because they claimed I didn't let them know 24 hours in advance. I refused to pay because the customer service didn't mention anything about the cancellation policy when I booked the appointment with them on the phone. They said it didn't matter because it was stated on their website. I said I didn't book the appointment from their website and I didn't even know they had a website. They said it didn't matter because their solicitor would serve a notice and took me to court. Let's see what will happen next, but DO avoid this company!

Wouldn't recommend or use again. They add additional charges to pre-arranged quotes without informing you and demand payment by backdating invoices. Poor professionalism

Had find a company to assist with faults to our fuse board at our workshop in Tottenham. Very happy with the quick response and efficient diagnosis of the problem. They had the parts on the van already and within a couple of hours had us fully functional and up to date. Other recommendations were made and I look forward to having them back soon. I had an electrical fault on my lighting circuit. They came out at short notice and spent two hours investigating, but unfortunately could not find the fault during that time. After initially invoicing me for the time spent and providing a quotation for rewiring the circuit, they were happy for me to contact another company, and have agreed to refund the charges after that company was able to isolate and fix the fault.

Great service. Turned up on time, price as quoted and left the place spotless after they finished. Would highly recommend
