We recently hired Impulse MEP to fit a ceiling light in our home, and couldn't be more impressed with their service. Not only did they arrive on the same day to complete the job, but they also went above and beyond to help us source the dimmable bulbs required for the fixture, which did not come with the light. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. They ensured everything was working perfectly and even cleaned up after the job, taking all the rubbish with them. Plus, their rates were very reasonable. Can’t praise Impulse enough we was having a new kitchen fitted. From start to finish they required the whole kitchen, adding extra sockets , arranged a plasterer to smooth over the horrible arterx ceiling and fitted down lights. Recently had my house fully re-wired with a new board and breakers and some extra lights in the garden and can’t be happier with the service. The lads from impulse were friendly and tidied up as they went which really helped with young kids in the house, would definitely recommend.
We engaged Impulse for an old office rewiring in Blackheath. As our fuse box kept tripping when heating or under heavy load. Charlie was very up front and professional throughout clearly explaining what works needed carrying out. His team were tidy and courteous, they worked around us time wise to minimise disruption to our business. The quality of work was spot on with no nasty surprises. Honest traders are hard to come by, glad we used them. Would recommend without question.
