I tripped something in my flat causing the cooker and boiler to not recieve electricity. I gave fuse a call, instead of just booking in an unnecessary visit (as multiple others tried to ), he offerred to look at a picture of my fuse box via whatsapp, he identified the switch that would help and now we have hot water and the ability to cook again. Many thanks for some honest help on a Friday evening!!!
Called the day after the Easter period as I had no power to sockets. Electrician arrived as expected a couple of hours after I made the call. Thoroughly checked all outputs and found the fault and repaired. Professional, polite, thorough and did a great job. I couldn't be happier and have kept their details for future reference.
