We are so pleased to have found Contact Electrician 😊 We've had The Cavendish Arms for 18 years and used many Electricians but never found a person or company that we felt we could rely on. We were lost in emergency electrican reports, and quotes and opinions on our most recent electrical faults and we decided to get one more company in to have a look and found Contact and we are so pleased we did. They were able to come in quickly, asses everything, explain everything, repair everything and at a very reasonable price. Absolutely won't hesitate to use them again.

The electrician did an excellent job installing our new pendant lamp and moving the light point. The work was carried out very professionally and everything was completed neatly and efficiently. Communication was clear throughout, and we are very happy with the final result. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.

Klisman and his team undertook an EICR inspection on my flat. They were quick to respond, very reasonably priced and courteous in all their communication. Great customer service and a job well done.

They did a first class job, even adding a couple of extra bits on the day. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again.

Had a couple of jobs done and I’m extremely happy. The guy went out of his way to find the parts, kept me updated all the way, arrived on time, was polite and very efficient. He even sourced the bulbs for the light fixture, one of the jobs he was doing. A very fair price. One very happy customer. Shall not hesitate to recommend and use again.

I’m genuinely shocked to see such high ratings for this operator. Those positive reviews were the reason we booked them for a very simple job: connecting the wiring on a bathroom extractor fan. The fan was already installed, they only needed to connect the cables. The electrician arrived significantly late with zero communication. When they finally showed up, they did complete the wiring, but they did it without turning off the electricity, which felt unsafe and unprofessional. While adjusting the timer, the socket/connection point was likely overloaded (since the electrician didn’t turn off the electricity), and our brand-new extractor fan was destroyed in the process. This fan had never been used and was purchased specifically for this property. The electrician, as he should’ve, went to buy a new fan from the store. What should have been a 15-minute task dragged on for 1.5 hours. Afterward, the owner of the business called after sending his payment details and attempted to shift the blame onto us, insisting that we somehow broke the fan. They claimed they went out of their way to buy a replacement, almost as a gesture “goodwill,” but in reality the replacement fan was a slightly cheaper alternative - not the model we had intentionally chosen after consulting Manrose to ensure the right fit. If I could leave negative stars, I would. I am truly baffled by their glowing reviews. Out of all the contractors I’ve ever worked with, this was by far the worst experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Klisi and his team did a large 3 phase rewiring job with 2 separate distribution boards at my home and were extremely professional and worked hard to complete the job before my battery installers arrived. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy and smart electrician who goes above and beyond to ensure his client is satisfied.

Contact Electrician come in after I put a job on Checkatrade, they’re amazing tested all our installations. Charge plug, add new ones in a speed and efficient that I couldn’t believe. Most of other companies told us the work would take two weeks plus. We are very pleased with they work which took 31/2 days I recommend, them, they are honest and professional

Chris did a brilliant job in fixing a new bathroom extract fan for us, and wiring it back to the light switch. He did a great job in cutting the hole through the wall without breaking the tile and wiring it. Very friendly, efficiently and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

When requesting a quote, I received a speedy reply from these guys and an initial visit was arranged shortly afterwards, then upon agreeing on the details and the price, they could offer a brilliant timeline for completion. The job was conducted much more quickly than promised and I am very happy with the result. The electricians working in my home were very nice and friendly and they made sure that everything they did was to my satisfaction.

They came out on the same day and phoned a couple of times to let me know when they would arrive. Extremely polite and friendly. They have managed to fix the upstairs hallway light switch which would stop working if you pressed the downstairs hallway light switch. Prior to them several electricians had tried to repair without success. They also repaired a bedroom light switch. They charged me £80 including call out which I think is a good price. I have kept their business card safe for any future work.
