I am not usually a reviewer of goods or services but, in an age when it seems quite difficult to find reliable tradespeople, l feel that I should commend the services recently provided to us by Vital Phase. In particular, if the work required would only qualify as a small job, it is almost impossible to find dependable help. I believe that Vital Phase has some sizeable contracts, but they were able to complete our small repair in a timely manner. They provided a clear technical explanation of the problem and the solution and carried out the work at the prearranged time. It is refreshing these days, in our throw-away society, to find a firm that is prepared to actually carry out a repair, rather than just instantly suggesting replacement of the defective article. I would highly recommend Vital Phase.

This is the second time I have used Vital Phase's electrical services for two different properties and the quality of service, responsiveness and expertise were excellent on both occasions. Phil is great to deal with, he communicates regularly, he listens and is friendly and professional and most importantly knows exactly what he is doing! Phil pays attention to detail, and he and his team tidy and efficient. Highly recommend.

I called Phil to sort the lighting in my home after being highly recommended him by my trusted plumber. He was very thorough, and did such a great job. I had a gas certificate fail due to unearthed gas pipes, and Phil Vella of Vital Phase Ltd responded quickly after I sent him a video of the issue. He promptly came to my premises and resolved the problem efficiently. While there, he also noticed some poorly fitted ceiling lights and fixed them without hesitation, even though it took longer than expected. Phil is a kind, professional, and customer-focused electrician, and I highly recommend him.

We had a big project of moving our kitchen into a new room and changing the old kitchen room into a bedroom. We worked with Phil on this and he went beyond expectations, providing valuable advice and updating our old electrical installation, changing all the switches and sockets as additionally requested. I highly recommend, he is a nice person to work with and can provide valuable advice

Phil was really helpful and spent a while with us trying to work out the fault that was leading to some of our downstairs lights not working. He also identified some other issues that need fixing but did not in any way upsell us. The invoice for the work was a very reasonable amount and the quote offered for the proposed works is also really reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

Phil, from Viral Phase, was a tremendous help to my husband and me in giving advice and help over some lighting issues. Now that these have been resolved we look forward to his installing more complicated outside security lights for us. He is a very pleasant man and an extremely efficient worker. My husband and I had many overdue electrical issues in our flat that needed fixing such as replacing our hob which had never fully worked, replacing faulty spot lights in our hallway and making a plug point operational (which it had not been since we bought the flat 8 years prior!). Vital Phase were competitively priced and had good reviews so we decided to go with them. We were both very happy with the service we received and also were very happy to be accomodated so quickly. Contacted Phil at Vital Phase regarding issues with swapping my existing light for a pendant in our new nursery after some concerns about the safety of the original way the ceiling rose had been wired. Phil was able to quickly diagnose what the issue was over email and then was able to find time to come round within the week to correct the original issue and fit the new pendant for a fair price. After having first used Vital Phase last year to fit a new electric hob and bring a dead plug point back to life I was more than happy to use them again and am very happy that I did! All in all would highly recommended.

Contacted Phil at Vital Phase UK, for a quote on upgrading old plug sockets in my 1930s house. Phil provided a provisional quote via phone and also came to my home to provide a confident quote. Phil is clearly knowledgable and is happy to share insights based on what I want to do. It was evident that Phil wanted to be honest rather than up-sell. This wasn't just him saying so, he went out of his way to ensure I wouldn't spend any more money or cause any more disruption to my home than was necessary and even suggested workarounds and work that may not be required. Phil will be the first person I call with all my electrical needs as honesty goes a hell of a long way!!

Really great experience with Vital Phase UK. We had Phil visit us to replace a ceiling light fitting in the living room. Phil was prompt in responding to the request and was flexible around my availability. The electricity box and connections were checked by Phil prior to the work & feedback given, (something i had not done since moving in 3 years ago - thankfully no issues) the job was then done in great time - no mess, looks Fab! Amazing service. Phil came to install an additional fuse for our new oven, and we are very happy with the service provided. Phil is polite, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He took great care in ensuring everything was installed correctly, and made sure that he's happy with the result as well. He also pointed out another issue in our new flat that we were unaware of.
