Do not trust this company. I have been a landlord, property journalist and property author for years - so have a lot of experience in this space. They took two weeks to send an invoice and a further three weeks to list what work needed to be completed. I paid both invoices on the day of receipt. To arrange for the work to be done took another four weeks. Since then they have failed to supply the EICR which I have paid for. Plus, they NEVER answer the phone, do not reply to voice messages and rarely reply to emails. Utterly inept.
James is really friendly, polite, punctual and professional - he did a great job for me with fitting a new fuse box and rectifying an issue that occurred with a faulty circuit. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone needing an electrician!
