I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service recently rendered. It has come to my attention that during service interventions, there is a discernible lack of care afforded to household furnishings. Furthermore, it appears that during periods of high demand, under-qualified personnel are deployed, who subsequently attempt to resolve issues remotely. Despite being charged professional rates, the service resulted in damage to my switchboard. Rather than presenting options for replacement, compensation, or a discount, the damaged component was merely repaired with an adhesive. This level of service is unacceptable, particularly when compounded by the unprofessional conduct exhibited by one of your representatives. As a result, I will no longer be engaging your services, nor can I recommend them to others, given the financial expenditure and the damage incurred to household items.
I am absolutely thrilled with the ground spotlights Emin from MEK Electrician installed in our front and back gardens. The lights look amazing and have completely transformed my home. The project ended up being a bit bigger than I first anticipated, but Emin went the extra mile to get it all done perfectly. He was friendly, professional, and took it all in his stride. Came to do the electrics in my kitchen as part of a refurbishment. Didn’t know what to expect but have received excellent service, throughout. Worked late into Saturday evening to get the job finished. Pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Totally recommend.
Replied to a a call out on a Sunday afternoon to fix fault in old kitchen circuit. Identified issue quickly and put in place a fix that allowed us to have all functioning again by that evening. Returned the following evening to finish the work and install an external pipe to fix faulty section of ring. Was fast at work and friendly
