Arranged a visit two weeks in advance. Confirmed the day before said visit, then cancelled the visit an hour after he was supposed to arrive and has ignored all following messages. Completely wasted my time.

Talon has worked on two flats of mine in Crystal Palace and I really trust him. I found out I needed unexpected work done AFTER I had fully redecorated my rental flat and he was wonderfully careful of my fresh paint and new flooring. I've now asked him to do 4 + jobs for me and I will continue to do so for my flats in Crystal Palace. Highly recommend him, having taken a punt from a google search after my very long-time electrician retired.

Talon is a fantastic young electrician. Very knowledgeable and good on technical issues, works hard and effectively. He cleaned up beautifully and did everything we asked really successfully. I have hired 1 Eleven Electrical to conduct a wide range of electrical jobs around the house, including the completion of a comprehensive EICR, the replacement of a fuse box by a consumer unit, installation of a bathroom extractor fan, relocating several sockets and fixing a number of issues which were identified during the EICR (switch needing to be fused, sockets not earthed, isolation switches for cooker and hood missing, etc.). Talon, the electrician which carried out the work was a very good communicator and very professional. He was always on time, wearing overshoes around the house and always cleaned thoroughly after each day of work. With over 20 years of experience, Talon belongs to a rare bread of electricians: he is passionate about his job and always works to the highest standards. He is very creative when finding solutions to a tricky electrical problem, and he always makes sure that the proposed approach is meeting his client needs. He is very transparent about pricing, which is fair given the high standards of quality he delivers. I cannot recommend Talon and 1 Eleven Electrical highly enough. Talon provided an amazing service over several months of a renovation, doing a full rewire at our property. He did a great job, at a really fair and competitive price. He was always really flexible, helpful, and a great communicator. Thanks Talon.

Performed unnecessary work in order to waste time (400 plus vat per day). Deliberately started tasks but left them unfinished. Claimed to have finished tasks but did not. Begged for a Checkatrade review before work performed. Disappeared when i asked why he was doing work that the NICEIC inspectors had said was already done to an high standard. He refused to issue valid VAT invoices which specified work done and materials. Left unconnected fire alarms, disconnected sockets, light switches which operate the wrong lights etc. He constantly complained about being financially challenged as if it was my problem.

Talon was great! First of all, he communicated clearly and regularly via WhatsApp and was very responsive. Second of all, he fixed a botched wiring job on a complicated dimmer light set-up (switching from halogen to LED compatible dimmer switch) without any issue, and our tenants made a point of messaging us to say he was very thorough and professional. He labelled all the wires as well, so any future work on this system will be MUCH easier. I hope he will be our go-to electrician from now on!

Fantastic communication, workmanship, pricing and really strives to do a great job. Talon is an incredibly talented and professional electrician with a good eye for detail. He did a fantastic job for me at installing my interlinked fire alarm system in preparation for a HMO license. He is very knowledgeable about all the relevant regulations and did things properly instead of trying to do it all quickly, while quoting a very fair price for his work.

I can highly recommend this company after recent work done on our communal block of flats. We employed Talon to replace 6 ceiling lights in our Victorian property communal areas with 4 hanging pendants and 2 wall-lights. Talon identified and corrected previous work to fit the emergency lights that was not up to current codes and performed the yearly emergency lighting check. Talon is extremely professional, his timekeeping is impeccable and he left our property clean and free of debris. If you are looking for a hassle free, reliable electrical installation then this is the company for you. The lights look amazing as well 🤩

Fantastic work by Talon. Installed new wiring and cableing and wired the induction hob and the new oven. Very fast and professional service will be using him again for sure.

Talon changed my consumer unit and replaced the lights in my lounge. He was really professional throughout and works to a very high standard. Do not trust this man. Cancelled twice at short notice. When he did arrive he was in a foul mood. Completed about 90% of the work. Promised to my face to return and finish the rest but as soon as I paid for the 90% he did complete he sent an angry email claiming I'd withheld payment (I paid within 48 hours of him finishing) and refused to finish the rest. I can understand why he struggles to keep apprentices, I wouldn't want to work for him either.

Talon took on the complete redesign of our kitchen and dining room electrics and a total redesign and installation of the lighting. He also rewired, earthed and made safe the electrics in other areas of the house. Throughout the work has been of the highest standard, professionally done, communication has been perfect. Talon and Chris are always punctual, friendly, tidy and efficient. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service, professional, excellent quality, great team.. Full Marks..!! After calling 1Eleven on recommendation we were very impressed from the get go. Talon has fully rewired our whole house with a completely new flawless lighting design that Talon took reigns on with minor input from ourselves and we've not been disappointed. He has brought new ideas to the table that we wouldn't even have considered. I don't think I can write a review that matches just how brilliant a service Talon at 1 Eleven Electrical provided, he was helpful, and very professional. I can honestly recommend this service completely. The work was above and beyond from the initial communication, viewing the work and providing a quote to fitting me in promptly, arriving on time and in just 1 day converting my spotlights to trendy pendant drop lighting. All to an extremely high standard. He was very tidy and vacuumed up straight away as each light was fitted. My house was cleaner than at the beginning plus I now have very cool, ambient lighting! I will definitely go back to 1 Eleven Electrical if ever I require further work.

I am really very impressed with Talon and the quality of his work. He is extremely professional, tidy, courteous and friendly. When he came to quote he walked me through all the possibilities and made sure he explained what he had done when he finished the job. The work was carried out to a really high standard and I wouldn't hesitate to ask him to do more work for me in the future or recommend him to others.
