Totally disappointed! Do not recommend! Plan to fit 8 smartplugs and 8 smart switches and program them with Lightwave. Total time of installation 15-20min x16 (according to Lightwave). Spent 2 whole days doing the same and same again and being extremely slow. Given him 900£ for something originally planned to spend 450£ and for equipment that I purchased for 1,500 :) It’s just ridiculous the installation to cost almost as much as the equipment. The outcome? One of the lights was not actually programmed and now I need to find somebody else to do the job. Unreliable, and slow (intentionally I guess) and perhaps the worst of all unprofessional. When I expressed my concerns (and after taking the money) he was totally unresponsive instead of explaining or apologising. Thank you Michael. Please do not make the mistake to respond to this because my response will be disproportionately harsh, mentioning things that I omitted here and escalating further. Good luck!
