Loft Living

Andy and Clive did a fantastic job converting the loft into an enormous master bedroom and en-suite. Living in Eltham, we wanted a local company and Loft Living were the ideal choice. They planned and organised everything with the minimum of fuss and the maximum of good humour and friendlines. It was an absolute pleasure having them undertake the conversion. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We couldn’t be happier with our dormer loft conversion. From start to finish, the work was completed to a very high standard and they were always on hand to discuss ideas and make suggestions. Andy and Clive were always tidy, polite, and respectful of our home, which made the whole process stress-free. Even our dog absolutely loved them and looked forward to seeing them each day! They genuinely felt like part of the family while they were here. On top of the main build, they were more than happy to help with a few other odd jobs, which was hugely appreciated. From start to finish, Andy & the team have been brilliant & I’m so happy with the quality/finish of the work. Recommended to me by 3 neighbours who had used them and so I could see their work, I also chose them because they dealt with all the work themselves, and didn't simply bid for my job to then sub contract it out (something which happened to another neighbour of mine, leading to long standing issues) It was great to be able to have direct and helpful communications with Andy who was always on hand to answer questions and provide advice. I’m so glad I listened to him with regard to a couple of suggestions as my loft conversion flows as part of the house and not simply an awkward addition. It is always a bit nerve wracking having people in your home but Andy and his team were considerate of our need to keep the house functioning (and as clean as possible) including accommodating our ageing cat! Nothing was too much trouble too, and they often went above and beyond for example to help me source one or two specific bits and bobs. I also loved the way they dealt with all the building control aspects, so one less thing for me to worry about in my busy life. It was reassuring to have such trusted individuals in my home and I cannot recommend LoftLiving and the team highly enough. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
