Neat was able to come out the same day and resolve the issue so it was no longer a safety concern. They were professional, helpful and explained exactly what they were doing and why. Chris provided an excellent service. We were completely unaware of the dangerous condition of the old electrical installation of our flat. Chris had to redesign the configuration to make it compliant with modern regulations. He scheduled his work to fit in with the gas engineers and plasterers. He stuck strictly to his initial quote with no sudden shocks at the end. I have no reservations in recommending Chris for any domestic electrical work.

Chris installed a Myenergi Zappi EV charger at our home. Although the installation was quite complex, he took all the time required to identify the best way to wire from the switchboard to the charger, and to make the installation as discreet as possible.
