I’d previously had an attempted EV charger installation with another company which had to be aborted because they couldn’t find a suitable cable route due to an obstructed air brick. So I was expecting this installation to be difficult. Babak arrived with two colleagues and they were excellent from start to finish. What impressed me most was how well they worked as a team. They assessed the problem together, bounced ideas off each other and, rather than giving up, worked out a practical solution that allowed the Ohme charger to be installed exactly where I wanted it. Babak talked me through what they were doing and explained the installation clearly throughout. All three were friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and they worked extremely cleanly and tidily. Once finished, we tested the charger with my EV and everything worked perfectly straight away. After having the previous installation aborted, the difference was night and day. Babak and his team approached the same problem with a real “let’s find a solution” attitude and delivered. Couldn’t be happier with the installation. A genuinely excellent team and very highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had an EV charger installed and was very impressed with the service. The electrician was professional, punctual, and completed the work to a high standard. The installation is exceptionally neat and tidy, with great attention to detail throughout. What stood out most was the extra effort he put in to route the cable underneath the floor rather than taking an easier visible route. This resulted in a much cleaner and more professional-looking installation. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to achieve the best possible outcome for his customers.
