Nish was incredibly efficient and responsive. He came as soon as he was available to fix the issue with our hob, and knowing that we needed to cook, he made sure we didn’t have to wait long. What started out as digging a simple trench and laying some cables for an automated gate turned into a huge task for Nish and Lenny. Cannot rate Nish highly enough. Under serious pressure on Friday afternoon with a busted boiler pump and he came out of his way to come over and do everything he could. I have used Nish and UnicUK for several properties over the years and continue to do so. His work is exemplary. He is tidy, efficient and skilled. He has fitted several boilers for me from a large double boiler and multi tank system at a larger property to combi boilers in regular apartments. These systems have been running for many years now with no issue. He has also serviced and repaired these boilers and others that I manage, these have included Vaillant, Baxi and Worcester Bosch. Furthermore he has provided gas safety certificates when they have become required. His pricing is competitive and his work is of a high standard. He is my go to plumber for all issues, his character is fantastic and my tenants and I have been pleased with his work and professionalism. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Nish was friendly throughout his job that invloved looking for were my radiator was leaking under the floorboards and then he resolved the leak once he had detected it. My wife and I have known Nish since 2014. 10 years as of writing this review. We found him online after many failed attempts trying to find someone competent to fix our old heater! He managed to fix it after others failed to do so! When it came time to install a new boiler, radiators etc in 2015, Nish carried out all works. Since then have had the boiler serviced annually or so! He once went out of his way to solve an issue with the electrics - spending a whole day. He is very quick to respond to us if any emergencies arise. He has always been professional, kind and courteous. He is definitely experienced in his trade. Highly recommended.

Nish is very nice and very good at what he does. Had him run a new gas line (was done in a day) and redo some pipe work under the kitchen sink, change the sink, tap and gas hob. Everything looks amazing. Also everything is clean when Nish leave, he makes sure to leave the place without debris or dust. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great plumber. He was extremely polite, arrived at the time he said he would be there and got my boiler all fixed and back up and running, I highly recommend. Well I had quite a big job to do in my property, boiler replacement and relocation, Nish asked me money in advance ( strange for a business) but anyway I understand he may not have back founds for his business, anyway I gave him half of the amount he asked so he could do the job and get, finally , some heating and hot water to my tenants with their children, it was a cold December. When he finally finished the job, he threatened my tenants and actually refused to start the new boiler till full payment was received. As I was busy with work ( he knew that) and I couldn’t be present when he finished the job nish refused to start the new boiler leaving a family with small children without heating or hot water. Right that evening I made full payment for the outstanding balance so his worries that an regular client would run away without paying were clear. Finally he may have realised how unprofessional his behaviour was, after he started the new boiler , tried to excuse himself with silly excuses, but at this point trust was lost and as revenge he never gave me details of the new boiler 7 years warranty. I use to be a regular customer, always paid cash any amount he asked for without questioning even if was pricey. Anyway nish lost an affectionate customer not only for his unprofessional behaviour but mainly because as person he failed in the moment he left a family with small children without hot water and heating in the middle of the winter . Where is the so called care of duty? At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if, for save on material, he would put safety at risk. UPDATE!!! Even when answered my review nick was out of subject. The warranty issue is the minor bad thinks, Am talking about that I gave you half of the money before doing the job and we hadn’t any agreement ( you just couldn’t afford the materials), My responsibilities was to get a plumber in and obviously I got the wrong guy, you worked for me in the past and get paid the amount you ask for and right away, you ok till is about descaling a boiler or flush the siphons but I think this job was too big for you. Recently refurbished the property and the builders and plumbers had to remove all the death end pipes you left under the floor and walls. As I said you refused to start the central heating because you were scared to don’t get paid , but I did explain to you on that day that I was busy at work that day, you were sitting in my property and knew were I lived so I couldn’t run away and not for few thousands pound, if bit clever you would have work this out. Anyway you lost a good expanding customer and I found professionals working for me. Like I said it was too big job for you in costs and job quality. Poor value for money.

I've been using Unic since 2016 for various electrical and plumbing repairs and installations. They've always done a great job and always given me simple options to avoid breaking the bank. The very first repair they did was to my boiler when I first moved in and it's still going strong four years later!

We have no hesitation in recommending Unic UK for the quality of service, the value and the speed of actions - for any domestic installation and service. in 2019 my wife employed Unic UK to replace the gas central heating boiler in our first and second floor flat. Since then Unic UK has performed the annual service. Modern gas central heating boilers are very complex devices with lots of fail-safe components. The benefit is that they are very efficient in their use of gas. The gas central heating boiler we had installed by Unic UK was a combination boiler which replaced a conventional boiler that has separate hot water tanks. The savings in running costs were very significant - the downside is that their is more than can go wrong with a combination boiler which needs professional servicing. Thankfully Unic UK has been able to provide us with exactly what we require. We have no hesitation in recommending Unic UK for the quality of service, the value and the speed of actions - for any domestic installation and service

This guy is a complete rip-off. He charged me £800 to change a simple thing on my boiler which I ended up doing myself (did some simple research on the internet and bought the part myself). The warranty from Vaillant costs much much much much less per year anyway. He uses YouTube to promote his dodgy business because he knows people in need will turn to YouTube. He uses his dad to help him and has no staff. Its sad when I see the positive reviews ... how many people has this guy ripped off?

Punctual and reliable, Nish was also able to attend at very short notice during the 'Beast from the East' weather conditions, early 2018, and resolve a problem that left me with no heating or hot water in a very timely fashion. Nish is amazing. When we moved he made it possible for the existing old boiler to work long enough for him to then fit a new one. When the snowy weather caused our old outside pipes to freeze and when the rules for the amount of exposed flue were changed he came round straight away to remedy both these issues. He is exceptionally knowledgable, polite and no task is too much. He also makes sure that everything is tidy before leaving. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I have known Nish since 2015 when, after being let down by 3 companies, he promptly attended to repair my old boiler. The boiler lasted for another 2 years, until I had no hesitation in allowing him to replace with a new Vaillant boiler in 2017. I recently messaged him to arrange it’s first year service and, although he was on holiday abroad, he messaged me back later that day. On return he contacted me to arrange a convenient date and time. I have to say that, after over 20 years in London, it is a refreshing change to find someone friendly, honest, trustworthy, clean, punctual and reliable. He has always provided an excellent service and is also competitively priced. So much so, my neighbour used my recommendation and has been delighted with a similar standard of service provided. I personally would have no hesitation in recommending Nish.

Looking at his other reviews I can only assume that either I have been very unlucky in dealing with UnicUk or those reviews are fake... I called him to do some emergency work on my boiler and at the very last minute he sends me this message: Hi, sorry I cannot help you to repair the cylinder this time. I am working late on a project and cannot come. Very sorry. When asked "when he could come" he never got back to me. Very unprofessional. I cannot recommend UnicUk.

I called them at 9.20 am and they arrive at 10 am. Mike done a great job sorting out the hot water issue. Highly recommended.

Have used Unic UK for a couple of years now both for solving plumbing / heating problems and also servicing the boiler. The service has been really good with everything dealt with promptly. Nish was friendly, explained any issues clearly and was able to fix a range of problems for me. Pricing is also reasonable - I will be using Unic again next time anything needs looking at.

I chose Nish over the warranty provider for my boiler and I'm really glad I did. His service was excellent. He arrived to inspect a broken boiler a few hours after I first called; quoted and ordered parts the following morning; fixed and serviced the boiler the next day. He really went above and beyond during the service; having to break into and then rebuild part of a cupboard in order to access part of the system. Did an extremely neat job of the rebuild, and didn't change a penny more despite being on site for far longer than anticipated.

I've had to call on Nish on a couple of different occasions for boiler/cylinder work. Each time he turned up when he said he would, reviewed the problem(s) and gave an accurate estimate of the costs involved. Once agreed, he was very professional throughout, explaining things as he went along and willing to answer any questions I raised. He tidied up after the job was complete. I would highly recommend Nish.

I found out about Nish from his youtube videos where he would diagnose various boiler problems. This was very rare as I've found that most plumbers are reluctant to reveal any inside information. When I rung Nish he wasted no time in diagnosing the problem with my boiler. He arrived promptly and was very honest and upfront with the costs. Explained the entire process while he was repairing and was extremely thorough with his work. He treated it as if it were his own house. Highly recommend him.

Nish and his team recently installed a new boiler into my flat. I found them to be very efficient, polite and prompt. I was kept up to date with everything along the way and the installation was completed quickly and with no mess at all.. They left the flat as they found it and I am very happy. Alongside a great service they are very competitively priced and not out to rip you off which is something I have experienced in the past with other central heating installers and engineers. Great service and good value. Nish and his colleague arrived exactly on time and got the work done in a comprehensive and professional manner. After finding several of Unic UK's video's on Youtube I decided to give them a try. They were very flexible to fit around my availability at short notice and extremely professional in both the level of service and the standard of work they completed. They also did not leave my home until the job was finished and I would definitely recommend them to anybody!

I had a Glow Worm Betacom boiler which was not firing up. I watched his Youtube videos and tried to resolve using his tips. After that it wouldn't start up i called Unicuk he came and test a few tests and it was the gas valve, he came back next day repaired it and all working. Good service and quick service.
