Professional service provided by a reliable source. We have had a smooth journey from HPO with the install being completed by KECO Energy. We have been kept informed and updated throughout the process and any amendments we needed and cannot fault the team.
Arranging dates for fitting went smoothly and all the deliveries and fitters were punctual. The fitting went took a day and a half for 14 panels over 3 different roof spaces and the team we very considerate towards our neighbours. Support from the head office was good and the app is fairly intuitive. I like the way I can see how my carbon footprint has changed.
Really pleased on how my Solar system including EV charger went with Keco Energy. Team kept me informed throughout, work was carried out quickly and smoothly. Sorted out a minor installation error quickly. Would definitely recommend

Panels were put up in a professional manner; however, some supply issues caused the installation to take longer than expected. on the upside, The panels were wroking and generating electricity for the waiting periods, so no "Real World" cost impact. now we just need to wait for someone to take the scaffolding away which has been in the garden for nearly three weeks...
Nothing too much trouble for these guys. Their work was quick, neat + tidy. Highly recommend this co. 😀
Keco planned and installed my solar panel and battery system. The equipment they selected seems good quality and is the lastest tech. The work itself is of very high quality and was done in a day (14 panels plus battery and inverter). Overall a great experience
I had work done in my home by KECO energy through my housing landlord and they have made such a fantastic d8fference to the warmth of our home. We’ve recently had a huge amount of work completed on our rented home through KECO Energy and Verdant, including cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, new windows and doors, and damp work — and I honestly can’t praise them enough. Every team that came to our home was friendly, respectful and hardworking. From the very beginning, we were kept informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent throughout. We’re extremely grateful for everything that’s been done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Having Keco install my solar has been a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend Keco to anyone planning to have a solar install. Every person involved surveyor, solar panel fitters, electricians and final works inspection were really friendly and have delivered to quality work
I recently had a solar installation completed and the whole experience was very positive from start to finish. Communication was clear throughout, and I was kept fully up to date at every stage of the process. The installation itself was carried out to a high standard, with everything completed professionally and efficiently. Once the work was finished, the team made sure everything was left neat and tidy. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and the quality of the installation.
All started OK but went downhill fast. Concrete slab was laid before soil pipe was moved resulting in a chunk being dug out. The wrong roof tiles were put on resulting in the whole roof being stripped and redone. A retaining wall.was built in the wrong place which had to be knocked down and rebuilt. This was all mismanagement but blame was being put at the door of the contractors. I wouldn't recommend as a building company
Very disappointed the boiler could not be fitted , I applied for the eco4 grant, through hpo homes, their cold called knocked on my door beginning of October took photographs of my prescriptions etc, had a survey done by keco they took photographs of my rooms etc, I called in December and was told it would be fitted in the new year, I called again in January to be told they are not fitting it due to the funding not there now
We had loft insulation , boiler, radiator bots, and window vents fitted by Keco and can’t fault their work. They were clean and tidy - protection put on the floors/stairs etc and tidied up at the end. They’ve checked since installation to check all ok. Definitely recommend.
We had a new boiler, radiator, new valves and loft insulation. All kelco tradesmen are very professional and completed and excellent installation. Aftercare and snagging was also excellent. I would not hesitate recommending kelco to friends or relatives.
We can't thank Keco Energy enough, they did a brilliant job installing a new boiler and loft insulation. Thanks to Luke for all his help and the boys who did all the work, can't fault them they worked hard and did all the clearing up afterwards. Excellent job.Very professional. We had a 1st time central heating installation made possible by a government grant arranged by Keco Energy in our 3 bed home. Keiran at Keco kept us informed at every stage of the application process. He was also on site at the installation which was done by Nova fuel Solutions . The boiler pipework and radiators were installed over a 3 day period. All our questions and any concerns were addressed quickly and effectively during and after installation. We now have a warm and more energy efficient home thanks to Keco Energy.
