Yorkshire Automation

Can recommend Ahmer highly. As a new EV owner unsure of what charger I needed, he responded so quickly and explained things so clearly. I was very impressed by his service and professionalism. 5 stars!!!

Excellent company. Fitted my solar battery system and kept me updated from start to finish. After sales is brilliant and can contact them anytime if a problem occurs.

Ahmer offers a great service at a really good price. He is bright, not pushy, explains it all carefully and patiently. He turned up right on time, worked efficiently and cleanly. Cannot fault the service and would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Ahmer responded promptly to my query, answering my questions. We agreed a plan and it was completed in a timely manner. He kept us informed throughout and the final cost was below the price originally quoted. Many thanks.

Had a battery and new inverter fitted by Ahmer. Utterly brilliant from the first contact. Communication was excellent and very helpful, demonstrating far greater knowledge and customer-focussed detail than competitors. He also noticed a wiring connection error in the installation of our solar panels and rectified that for us! I can, without reservation, highly recommend this company.

Ahmed and his buddy came and fit a ohme pro ev charger. Process was quick and they informed me the steps they were going to take and once it was completed helped me set up and understand the app. Highly recommend!

Fantastic professional service from start to finish

Really nice guy, great communication. Job was done very professionally and he had great knowledge. The total EV chrager install was quick and efficient. Explained how to work the app and pointed us in the right direction if we have any issues in the future, even gave us advice for solar panels and the best set up for our next job. 100% recommend.

What a pleasure to deal with.Great communication. Job carried out on time in a very professional way and fitted neatly into my garage as requested.Advice given on the system and video link to ensure I can retain the instructions.Software loaded to my PC so I can monitor the charging etc.Highly recommended and a very fair price. Thank you so much Ashmed and Yorkshire Automation.

Good price, very efficient installation and good customer service. Would recommend.

The Yorkshire automation team are extremely professional and helpful. They were faultless in their support and expertise and made this process very easy.

Great service, explained all the detail prior to booking answering all of my questions. Arrived on time, was only here a couple of hours , explained everything, helped me get the app up and running. Not paid for any electric since it was installed, so glad we got the battery installed.

Very easy process with minimal disruption and used an excellent charger.

Solar panel and battery installation. We had an excellent experience with Yorkshire Automation. Very professional and knowledgeable from first point of contact to completion. Due to the shape of our bungalow, the complexity of siting 28 panels over 4 East/West facing roofs, meant a hybrid system was the way to go. Ahmer worked it all out brilliantly to maximise charging to both batteries throughout the day. We couldn’t believe how hard Ahmer and Ejaz worked, yet still had the time and patience to stop and explain their progress and next steps when we asked. They treated our property with care and left the site clean and tidy on completion. Ahmer sat down with us and explained how the system works, and how to use the app to see what was happening, in great detail, answering our many questions as complete newbies to solar power. We highly recommend Yorkshire Automation for all your solar needs. They are a fantastic company!

Ahmer and Mo were brilliant in the installation. Everything explained and job was neat and tidy. Definitely recommend.

Prompt service, friendly, informative and all of the workmen have been very good. Would definitely recommend

Home EV charger installed. Excellent service from start to finish. No hidden costs, very honest and clean install. (Ohme home pro)

Excellent service and timely thank you very much.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Came and did the work when he said he would. We are very happy customers.

Fitted solar battery and explain everything within few minutes. I highly recommend Yorkshire Automation!

Great work from Yorkshire Automation. Ahmer was great and helped initially diagnose the problem remotely and then attended as agreed to replace the faulty inverter. New inverter set up, working and explained in and professional manner. Great work and would definitely use again 👍

9.6 battery and AC coupled inverter Great job done today, not a standard fit but completed and up and running thanks. Really nice and informative Thanks Ahmer

You can expect a 1st class service from the team at Yorkshire Automation. Ahmer is ultra professional, knowledgeable & helpful. The post installation service has also been top drawer.

I contacted a number of companies for solar panels on my garage and batteries to compliment by existing FIT system. Had a number of visits and it was as the they did not listen to what I wanted but wanted to sell me what they thought I should have. It was like a breath of fresh air talking to Ahmer at Yorkshire Automation, he went over various options with me and after exchange a few emails and me providing him with photos came up with a proposed system that met my needs. I had 8 panels , on garage roof with an output of around 3.8kW with a bank of 4 batteries capable of storing up to 12.8Kw Ahmer and his team arrive very in the morning to carry out the installation which took all day. Ahmer is very knowledgeable and explained the process and how the system would work. He took time out to help me load the app so I could see how the system was performing

great service. very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions and give advice.

Good man did the job no trouble for him also sorted software out on my phone many thanks Maurice .

Absolutely terrific service, came out almost immediately to our system and repaired it and checked the entire system. I was at my wits end trying to find someone .Ahmer was efficient very pleasant and and very efficient.

Ahmer fitted a new Green Lynx battery to go with the two I already have. He explained how he was going to do the job and got on with it. He pointed out that the existing batteries had not been fitted with dongles so they could be monitored by the manufacturer. He set them up once I had found the dongles. Really helpful guy, and great price

Great professionals... solar panels installed quickly.

Asm1 enterprises ltd, is a very friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and was very tidy and efficient. He went out of his way to help us understand the system and how it all worked. Thank you so much Ahmer, for all your advice and recommendations. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a company to instal aftermarket batteries etc. A great one man company.

Highly recommended. Arrived on time. Completed the work with a couple of extras thrown in - replaced a roof tile and cleaned out a gutter. Polite and helpful all the way.

A pleasure to do business with a true & reputable firm could not prise any higher

Having contacted a few other companies who gave differing advice and prices, I found Ahmer to be exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and very competitively priced. He visited my property on a few occasions at my request and no question was too much trouble for him. The job was completed efficiently, tidied up afterwards, app downloaded and paperwork received via email the same day. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for all electrical / solar / smart home projects.

Very good service and excellent quality of the time and work

Everything fantastic, efficient, professional, friendly, Answered all questions & left site tidy, highly recommend. Thankyou very much.

Excellent workers and excellent job, would recommend this company in a heartbeat

Great work from the guys, came out straight away, fast quote, and work started and installed with in 2 weeks. 5*

Ahmer and his business are first class. Everything from start to finish is communicated brilliantly. Whatever he promises happens like clockwork. I found his company via an MCS list provided by Octopus and got quotes from 3 local businesses. Ahmer just shone on knowledge and competency but then to my surprise his price was also the best and the equipment was all top quality with great warranties. I ended up using him not just for batteries but a solar system on my garage (to save VAT), an EV Ohme as he was cheaper than Octopus and an iBoost for my hot water. I found out about no VAT on solar installations from a national company who quoted £3k more for batteries and solar. They looked at Ahmer’s quote, specifications and online reviews and said you should use him. I did and am so pleased. All installed on a Saturday with no problems and he showed me how to set up every App I needed. His team even replaced a few of my broken roof tiles and left me 4 spare ones, took all their rubbish away and swept up. Brilliant like I said don’t hesitate to use Ahmer and Yorkshire Automation for your solar, batteries or EV chargers. 10 out of 10.

Ahmer was the only company to actually come and talk to me at my home and go through the whole process with me from start to finish. Others were just over the phone. His prices were better than the other quotes. He arrived when we booked him in and was finished well within the timeframe he gave. He walked me through all the work and made sure we were all setup and ready to go. I would highly recommend Yorkshire Automation.

Just spent three days with Yorkshire Automation doing a full fresh installation of my home automation system and couldn’t be happier with any aspect of the service or the products. Ahmer was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and incredibly easy to get along with, given the amount of time spent in his company. I don’t think I can think of a single area where any aspect of the experience could be improved. No request was too much trouble and the man seems to have infinite patience! After a bitter experience with my previous installer, I now feel like I’ve found the perfect smart home support. Thanks so much!

I was let down by another solar company and Yorkshire automation came in to fix it. Great communication, honest and very reliable. Would fully recommend!

Ahmer was great. He spoke to us out of hours in the evening to help diagnose the fault remotely (which he did correctly, saving us a call out fee) and then fitted the replacement equipment within a week. Highly recommended.

Good communication prior to ordering and this continued during and after installation.

Exceptional service, very well organised, honest, professional in communication and technical ability. Very good experience from the point of initial survey, to the completion of the works, paperwork...would highly recommend for a hassle free experience.

Ahmer Installed a hybrid invertor & 2x batteries to my existing solar system and explained how it all worked. He came on time and his work was perfect. ***** Stars

Excellent service and quality of work, its clear that Ahmer is very knowledgeable giving great advice.

Had a home EV charger fitted , amazing service and professionalism

Ahmer helped me spec, purchase and install my automation system. Coming to London for a few days to do so. He was conscious of my needs and didn't once try sell me anything. His willingness to help and his knowledge of the space are second to none. I wouldn't use anyone else for my automation and solar needs. I really can't recommend Yorkshire Automation enough!

Ahmer @ Yorkshire Automation fitted a MyEnergi Zappi charger for me - really knowledgable, and super reliable, fitted at a competitive price. Will definitely be using again and recommending to friends. Excellent post sales too, with the building regs' compliance notice coming through very quickly.

Dealing with Yorkshire Automation was a breeze. Got lots of advice on the solar PV system. Ahmer went over and above to ensure I was clear on options and was very patient with my constant flip flopping on which system set up to go for. Prices are also competitive which is great (I got lots of quotes to compare). I'd definitely recommend and reuse to upgrade my system.

I shortlisted eight different solar installers before choosing to go with Yorkshire Automation. What sold it for me was Ahmer's time and care in surveying my property (taking real measurements), his focus on discussing the best technical options, and his quickness to answer questions after his initial visit - and the quoted price was unbeatable; so much so that I was able stretch my budget for an extra seven panels to cover a second roof area. Ahmer arranged everything to be delivered the week after I ordered, and all deliveries except one turned up when expected. For the delayed delivery, Ahmer let me know beforehand so no issues. Scaffolding went up the day before the install, and on install day a team of five turned up at 0830. All 16 panels, batteries, inverter installed in one day; clean up testing, and handover all finished by 1800. Site swept clean, all wiring tidy, and I was left with a tidy (small) pile of cardboard boxes and minimal waste to dispose off. System working from the afternoon of install, and three days in working without a hitch. MCS, NAPIT, RECCs, structural calcs, and all other paperwork now received. Needless to say I am very happy with the standard and speed of work, and Ahmer's responsiveness to answer questions and provide useful tips and advice. I can't recommend Yorkshire Automation highly enough.

Absolutely fantastic service. I was amazed they were able to do my entire solar installation in a single day

Ahmer is very professional, polite and reliable. He also provides an excellent after sale service

Highly recommend Yorkshire automation! Amaar is a genuinely great guy, trust worthy honest professional. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I’ve used Yorkshire Automotive a number of times for Smart Home installation as well as Solar panels and EV. Ahmer has extensive knowledge and workmanship is above and beyond.

Great job from initial contact to post installation service, price was a good bit cheaper than the next quote for panels and batteries.

Yorkshire Automation highly professional and super friendly with great advice. Answered all my questions and made sure i understood what i wanted with no hard sell. Super happy with my installation and kept things tidy and cleaned up when required. Also great aftercare making sure everything was ok. More than happy to recommend to anyone and the knowledge and level of service second to none.

These guys are very competitive and are always happy to answer whatever questions I asked. They came quickly and left no mess and I am more than happy with the service I have received. Thanks Ahmer for looking after my installation from start to finished. A very happy customer 10/10

Excellent service and compared to other companies very reasonably priced. Yes there are other main stream companies out there with similar types of o products but I would say this is the Ferrari of automation so don't be fooled by the cheaper ones. I have full voice control over everything in my house from the lights, blinds, heating, Sonos speakers, cinema room, house alarm, garage doors, to my electric garden gates and much more all thanks to Yorkshire Automation. Thanks Sid

I was really impressed with the professionalism of the whole team. From the initial site visit through to completion. Great communication throughout. All my questions were answered fully. I would not hesitate in recommending Yorkshire Automation for solar panal purchase and installation. Gavin

Even though i live in the Channel Islands, i get all the support i need from Ahmer. Always there when i need help with someone. There is no one in Guernsey who can physically help but that is no matter because Ahmer makes it possible for us to work through things online.

Dear all, Ahmer has excellent approach to customers including excellent skills focused on things done and working. I can only recommend him to any user of FIBARO and home automation. Fast and profesional reaciton, excellent help always. Thanks Ahmer for excellent job for me.

Honest, friendly, provide the right advice, goes the extra mile.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Yorkshire Automation and Ahmer for my home automation needs, and I cannot recommend them enough. Ahmer is an excellent worker with good customer support

Used this company for full house automation great service and quick turnaround

Excellent company. Very knowledgeable and always on hand to help! Ahmer knows his stuff inside and out!

Responsive and cost effective service, Aamir has a strong background of detailed knowledge of home automation/fibaro which combined with great customer service is a winning combination. Keep it up 👍🏽

Not only are his prices for items better than I have found online from the major suppliers, his technical knowledge is second to none. He really knows his stuff. I am using him on a full house project with a lot of different aspects. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Yorkshire Automation highly enough. Firstly they spend time producing good videos on YouTube which shows their commitment to helping/advising people. But when you engage their services it goes to another level. Friendly, knowledgable, timely and all in all a perfect service. Don’t struggle to do it yourself, employ the Professional!

This is the 3rd or forth time I've used Yorkshire Home Automation. Each time he has been on time, within the quote and no issues with the work. So far I've had CCTV, Alarm and most recently home car charger installed.

Ahmer is very knowledgeable and a great guy. I had my home automation system (Fibaro - including control of lights, temperature, blinds, cctv, alarm, gate control, etc.) and my solar and batteries system installed by Yorkshire Automation and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them.

Ahmer is not only hugely knowledgeable, but extremely friendly and helpful. We've just upgraded from an older home automation system and he has really gone out of his way to achieve the result that we wanted. I'd have no hesitation at all in highly recommending Yorkshire Automation.

I've been using home automation for years but I had a project where I needed someone with good LUA coding skills to help me solve some customised scenes that I couldn't sort. Ahmer knows his stuff and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend Yorkshire Automation!

I have been an home automation enthusiast for many years. There comes a point though, unless you have time to and are able to, that you can't take it further without learning really complicated stuff, such as coding and programming. I need extra help with my home automation setup. I live in the Channel Islands and finding expert help is impossible. I have been unable to find any expertise on the island. However, that isn't a problem for Ahmer and Yorkshire Automation. He has provided me with loads of support and advice but just does it remotely. We have worked through stuff with ease and he is also a good teacher. We have a massive renovation project commencing this year and I know he will be there to support automating our revamped house. The company should be renamed Yorkshire and Guernsey Automation. :-) Thank you so much Ahmer.

Good quality products and finish. Professional and reliable.

You will not get better service than Yorkshire Automation, absolutely amazing service before and after purchase, would highly recommend anyone to make this their preferred choice.

I appointed Ahmer's expertise on my property renovation. This included CCTV, heating control, lighting control, sonos, TV distribution matrix and alarm. My go to guy now for any electrical/automation needs! Completely trustworthy, highly recommended, very professional, always willing to help and give advice. Thanks mate, look forward to future system upgrades

I had Ahmer fit automation to my house which is an old barn conversion. Other companies couldn't offer the services as good as Ahmer. What is more comprehensive is the service Ahmer gives. Nothing is too much trouble and always on hand to help. Exceptional quality and value service in every dimension.

Aamer is very thorough and professional in his advice. He was always there for me after the job was completed for advice etc. He put in a House alarm for me and has also rewired a house too. Both jobs completed to a high standard. Would recommend to others without hesitation.

Yorkshire Automation helped convert my new build property into a smart home which helps us control the alarms, heating, garage door etc. Ahmer could not have been more helpful, taking the time and care to get everything working perfectly and nothing has been too much trouble. He continues to offer support where needed and is a true professional.
