Steve came round and gave a quote promptly. He was obviously very knowledgeable and talked through the work that needed doing. The team arrived on time on the agreed day and were efficient and respectful in all dealings. The quality of work is excellent; the price was competitive and the work was completed fully. I was very happy with Wired who managed to sort out my wiring problems with courtesy, professionalism and humour. They also came up with an innovative solution to a kitchen counter light difficulty. Although they were busy they fitted my work in , did a great job and were a pleasure to have in my home . They were particularly kind ( and tolerant ) towards my elderly dog. I would highly recommend them.

A beyond amazing service really and quite an extraordinary determination from Steve and Rufus to resolve what started as a potentially awkward job but turned into an extremely difficult and time consuming one! We can't thank them enough for resolving the issues and returning us to full working order. Many would have given up and walked off saying it couldn't be done! Cannot recommend this firm highly enough on every level, from communication with the owner Steve, through to the work carried out and overseen by 'the other' Steve and on this occasion Rufus. Wired, turned up at arranged time slot and efficiently completed all electrical jobs requested to a high standard. The team were friendly, polite and offered good advice and recommendations with no pressure. The team left no mess and disposed of all waste. Prices for the three small jobs were reasonable for task and stuck to the original quote. We will be using Wired in the future and highly recommend them to others.

We used Wired to carry out a full rewire of our property. From first contact communication was prompt and clear. Steve and Steve were very thorough in talking us through planning the job making helpful suggestions and clearly putting a lot of thought into the best way to carry out the work. The team they use are polite, professional and courteous, our neighbours commented on how thoughtful they'd been while they were at our house. 5* experience from first to last and can't recommend highly enough.

I have been using Wired Electrical for a number of years. Communication is always good, service is prompt and work is excellent but the reason I keep calling them back to my business is that the guys that turn up are always polite and respectful. As a female led business it can sometimes be challenging having trades in. I’ve never had the slightest concern about the guys from wired and would recommend to anyone who may feel nervous about having unfamiliar workmen in their home or business.

Wired have completed multiple lighting & ventilation jobs for me since buying my house, all to a very high standard & the team are lovely and friendly! One electrician even brought me some eggs from his hen 😊 I’ve always felt very comfortable having the team in my house & would definitely recommend 😊

I'd welcome them into my house, make tea, and trust them with anything. young Steven and normal Nathan were incredibly professional,kind, and so tidy and clean. They also sorted something very dangerous previously left by other electrician. I have used wired electricians a number of times. They are clearly very busy but always get us in in a timely manner - easy to liaise with via email. Contacted wired on the recommendations of other reviews & really pleased I did. Stephen was prompt in getting back to me & arranging a quote for the outside lights I wanted installed as well as some other things that needed doing. The job was completed quickly by a team of 3, who worked cohesively together and who took the time to understand what I wanted doing & advised me on the best outcome. I’m really pleased with the finished work & will definitely use Wired again. Highly recommend them.

Wired carried out an EICR inspection and subsequent remedial work off on our house. We were really impressed with their service throughout the whole process. The inspection was thorough and Steve took the time to explain the results afterwards. When it came to the remedial work, the entire Wired team were friendly, quick, and tidy. They gave us opportunities to explain what we needed and suggested the best solutions for those needs. On the day, they were also open to some last minute work that we'd forgotten to mention in the lead up. We work from home but Wired also provided a snazzy battery pack that meant our internet kept working while they carried out the works. Perfect! We'll be using Wired for more work in the future and I'll be recommending them to anyone that'll listen.

I wouldn’t use anyone else! Being first time renovators, finding reliable tradesman can be tricky, but everyone from Wired has always been lovely and the work is top standard and a good price. This was our second time using them and Steven was great, tidied all the mess away and even finished off a job I hadn’t asked for! Would highly recommend!
The team that completed works on our home were absolutely incredible. We had an issue with the way our house was wired due to it being an old property, the team addressed this instantly and gave us several options noting which was the most cost effective way. The work was completed within their allocated time with no disruption to our life. The entire team (Steve, Steve, Dan and Will) were lovely and polite, proper hard workers too. We’re just really pleased with the works completed and will use again as well as recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy team to work on their electrics!
