Great to meet Nuozul today who came to fit a EV Charger at my property. From first virtual call to fitting the charger he was professional full of knowledge, courteous and polite a credit to the company. Charger was on 12 months interest free so was able to spread the load. Not only did he identify and fix the issue with care and precision, but he also went above and beyond—repairing the broken hinge on the fuse box cover without being asked. Nurul saves the day today. My mother in laws smoke alarms are hard wired in and would not stop going off. He explained what to do over the phone, I was finding it difficult so he was setting off to come. Then I managed to stop them with his support and so all sorted. Very stressful with all the noise so we are very grateful for his support.

Was advised to call electrician to sort my downstairs circuit as a different electrician(emergency call-out)was unable to site the fault the previous evening I used checkatrade to find someone else and this company seemed established and had good reviews My problem was sorted by calm systematic testing and elimination and the problem stemmed from a fluorescent tube in the garage It probably took 20 mins to find the fault but this one item was causing the RCD to trip locking out several vital appliances I would thoroughly recommend this company and have retained their phone number for any future problems
We came home on a Sunday night to a bad burning smell coming from the mains supply cupboard. I have to say a huge thank you. My very elderly parents suffered a total loss of electricity today meaning they had no heating and no electricity for their freezer, fridge, cooking and everything else. Can't recommend Nurul enough. Hes completed some works on our house today - changing light fittings and switches, decommisioning lights and finding / fixing a fault that we've put up with for ages. Quick response, called in the morning as my electric shower was broken, he asked relevant questions and said he would come in the afternoon. Received a quick çall at lunchtime giving me an ETA which meant I could still do other things rather than waste time unnecessarily waiting. So communication was excellent. Honesty have to leave this man a honest and genuine review!! So I put my tumble dryer on and it set the fuse box off I did everything I could to turn the supply back on called afew Electrition’s all charging me ridicules prices I called this man got his add on Google search and he was willing to help without even speaking about call out charges asked me to send him a pic of the fuse box I also sent him a pic of my oven and the problem was only so small where I just had to set the time and the oven was back on but honestly people want to not help and rip you off but he didn’t we solved the problem on the phone! Never left a review this is why I’m waffling on but reason being is I was getting dinner ready and so stressed out only person that wanted to help was him and I’m happy kids and hubby are happy now thanks honestly ❤️👍🏻

I called Narul at smart wired at 4:30 due to an electrician letting us down to wire in our cooker. Narul came on his way home from his last job an hour later. He contacted me when he set off, phoned when he was outside and was able to do the work quickly and to a high standard.
