Yesterday, a team of professionals arrived promptly to conduct an electrical inspection at our property. We received a courteous phone call in advance, informing us of their expected arrival time, around 1 pm. They had mentioned that the inspection might last up to 2 hours, but to our pleasant surprise, they efficiently completed the task in just 1 hour . We were truly impressed by their speed and professionalism. Based on our experience, we wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Gentlemen arrived in the morning to carry out an electrical inspection for our property. We were informed of the time of arrival around 9am with a quick and polite phone call. We were told that the service could take up to 2 hours but it only took about 40 minutes which was amazing. Would definitely recommend :)

Got a key from the landlord whilst I was at work. Very quick and professional. Sent a text message when they had finished.
Rubbish communication and service. They've now failed to turn up on 3 seperate occassions to undertake work which their own electricians describe as an emergency and urgent. Update: Eventually turned up 1 day late. Engineer didn't have parts required to complete the job, so had to visit wholesalers. Made installation "safe" but didn't complete all required repairs during this visit. 😱 Found additional problems, which were not noticed during original inpection. 🧐 Now waiting to be offered another appointment. 😡😡😡
The election was earlier than I expected which was great. Also the inspection took less time than I expected which was also great. The electrician was a really nice guy, discovered a minor irregularity and fixed it there and then to save me the inconvenience of a return visit. Wish all companies were like this one!
Came to test electrics said smoke alarm needs to be changed only year left on them but he didn't have any on van no one has been back yet to change them

My landlord had booked for the inspection, and the company themselves were really professional and timely with both their emails and texts. Our engineer was really lovely, so considerate of the fact we were WFH today and talked us through what he was doing and his observations. he made sure that we were aware of any changes being made and talked through the reasoning as well as being just a genuinely lovely person. Our engineer was a credit to the company, as was the call handler who answered when I had missed the initial call. Overall a wonderful job and very happy with the outcome. Thanks!

I had some personal circumstances the day of my scheduled inspection and called NSI to see if special arrangements could be made to have the inspector come early... Ashley was very understanding and called the inspector to ask if he could come soon as. Ashley called me back to confirm he got it sorted. The electrican that visited my home to do an electrical inspection was very friendly and very knowledgeable and told me what he was doing at each stage and asked permission to move around my home when needed. He also supplied sufficient lighting when he needed to switch off the electricity as it was dark so my children didn't get frightened. I have had my rented home's electrical infrastructure serviced by NSI twice within two weeks. The first technician that came out was seemingly done in just about 2 hours, with only a minimal power cut. Two weeks later we were informed a "Senior" technician needed to re-do the required service, but no one would say why it was necessary. The second technician was visiting from Liverpool (I live down South) and he was much more thorough with his work, with multiple power cuts over a period of about 4 hours. I have not yet been informed of the results, nor has anyone from NSI explained why a 2nd visit was necessary.

Coincidentally, we had a power cut later on in the day, called the electrion thinking maybe something happened, but he advised me to check with the neighbors, and sure enough, he was right. Just so happened that the street went out of power the same day he conducted his job. Top gentleman for not only answering out of hours but his advice was spot on!!

After arranging a date for our electrical test, when I realised this was not possible due to work commitments they were extremely helpful with re-arranging and making sure they worked around me, the electrician was extremely polite and professional ensuring he used the necessary safety precautions needed at this time. Would definitely recommend.

Very positive experience with NSI. Our engineer Rory was punctual, tidy and explained everything that he was doing.
Amazing service. David from National Safety Inspections was sent to replace an old electric switch panel, and a couple of other things around the house. He did everything in the best way possible, was very friendly, responsive and patient explaining everything to me. It was a pleasure to have him around to fix the electricals. The company itself has organised everything well - they would call and text you to make sure you book an appointment, and the feedback mechanism is refined and designed for the client to spend minimum effort to leave feedback. A point for future improvement - I wish they would also send out an automated confirmation text with a date and a time slot listed on there (and if an engineer is late - an automated message that they will come later, with a very approximate slot of when to expect them). We had another person come in before, and I remembered that they need to come in in the morning, but then nobody came, I had a meeting I had to go to, so I rang them up. NSI operators were very professional and welcoming, so that's always a plus, they have explained to me that the person is booked for the afternoon slot. It would be nice to be notified of the time slot and if the engineer is late, again, an automated message would suffice, so that I can plan my other tasks around the changes and if the confusion was on my part - I would have a reminder about it. This time everything was on time, but still no time slot confirmation apart from knowing that an engineer would be due to come in the morning. But overall - a great company and does its job well!

Firstly, Rory and Darren arrived on time. They obviously work together a lot, they both went about their different task, quickly and without fuss. Rory frequently explaining, what happens next, turning off the power etc. The icing on the cake was they even put away a step ladder I had lent them, saving them going down to their van, especially as our lift is working. Two top guys, definitely 5*.

Asked for an afternoon slot, called an hour beforehand to make sure we were ready and in. On arrival they were both friendly and let me know what they needed to do as well as how long it will take. They were both happy for our dog to be let out of his cage and were really friendly towards my dog, and were mindful of things like the front door and other entry points in case he wondered out the house. Both were extremely safe with regards to COVID-19 and social distancing measures, and did bit let it prevent them from giving and expert and professional service

Extremely pleasant and friendly guy, had some slight issues with the switch board due to somebody elses previous faults, but came back after gathering more information on how to fix the problem, with the same positive attitude. well first of all, the person who carried out the electrical inspection was very polite when he was let into the property! he was straight on the job and he was done within 15 minutes! now that’s what I call fast! he also explained in detail what work needs doing after I asked if everything was up to standard. lastly, (as it is now expected) he was wearing a mask the entire time which made myself and my partner feel safe the entire time he was here. will definetly reccomend your business to others!

The actual safety inspection was excellent but the company's scheduling is abysmal. They'd booked my appointment for 11.30am but the chap didn't arrive until 1.30pm because they'd booked him in for another appointment 2 hours drive away!!
