Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable gas and electric engineer. He came out just before Christmas on short notice as I had forgotten our boiler was slightly overdue it’s service. Service done and competitive priced. Our hot water stopped working on NYE and I emailed Robert. He replied same day, very friendly, and tried to help me troubleshoot which I was very grateful for. He essentially diagnosed the problem over email and came out during the week to fix this. Although other problems arose during this Robert was very proactive in finding us the most cost effective solution that won’t compromise on the health of the heating and boiler system. It is very difficult to find a gas and electric engineer that you can trust (this is from personal bad experiences with others) and Robert is definitely the one.
Robert was extremely efficient when he came out on an emergency call out. I was impressed by his professional yet friendly manner. I would recommend and use again?
