R Pearson Electrical & Plumbing Ltd

Professional, on time, friendly engineer & got the job sorted quick & efficiently. Would recommend

Carried out some light fitting and socket changes. Fast, clean & very friendly. Recommend to everyone

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received! The team responded fast and were dedicated to solving my electrical issues, they were very friendly and hardworking would recommend this company again and again :)

Lost power to fridge and freezer on a Saturday night and Robert came out to look at it (and got the appliances plugged into another source - food saved). Jack & Matt came back a week or so later - fitted a new fuse box to solve the problem! Worked so hard all day re-wiring - really lovely guys and all working properly now - no more electricity tripping! Excellent service all round wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company- really responsive and skilled. Thank you for doing a great job!

Highly recommend! Rob and Jack were both professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain the problem and made sure everything was safe and working before they left. I’ll definitely use them again for future work.

10/10 service. I phoned up Sunday evening and within an hour and a half someone had been out, fixed and fitted my new light cord. Very fairly priced. Super friendly would highly recommend. Thank you for your help.

Great lads, perfect service 🙌🏼

R Pearson Electrical and Plumbing Ltd — fast response, quality workmanship, and very reliable. Truly a trusted name for electrical and plumbing solutions!”

R Pearson Electrical and Plumbing Ltd. The team was punctual, efficient, and completed the work to a very high standard. I’m extremely satisfied with their excellent customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trusted electrical and plumbing solutions.

What a joke agreed a day and time for some electrical work .DID NOT TURN UP ... tried calling serveral times to find out when he will arrive .... he did not even answer kept declining the call ...he knew it was me calling. 1 star only because I cannot give minus rating

Avoid getting a EICR, they will carry out an inspection, create work that is not required, then unless you pay the thousands of pounds they won't issue the EICR and they will not refund your money. Scam avoid using.

Didn’t look at the photos that were requested, misquoted, turned up then refused to do the job. Very disappointing and left in the lurch. Edit: Thank you for the apology. I do appreciate that Christmas is a busy time, it is also a busy time for me and unfortunately I was let down yesterday. As you had asked for photos of the consumer unit as well as the hoband surroundings, I think it is reasonable to assume that the quote would cover full installation including any electrics. I hope that this experience is an isolated incident and uncharacteristic of your company's normal service.

I wouldn't use them again, quite aggressive mouth full attitude. You can judge responsiveness by their responses to customer reviews.

Just moved to the area and had a very small leak, difficult to diagnose what exactly it was and exactly where it was coming from. Oliver did a great job diagnosing it and cutting into our ceiling was left to the very last resort, and it wasn't in vein! He cut in exactly the right spot to find the small leak and sort it out. Job was done in about 30-40 mins, will be using R Pearson again in the future.

After reading positive revues called R Pearson Electric ltd, they are very friendly punctual and tidy workers, they installed new consumer unit I'm very happy with the work, I'll definitely call them again

Rang r Pearson Electrical and Plumbing Ltd they came out within an hour and fixed the problem stright away for a really reasonable price. Would definitely reccomend them to friends and family.

Big thankyou to Pearson Electrical. Called out due to failed electrical attempt by myself, within the hour they had arrived and fixed the problem at what I would say at a reasonable price.

Came out quick to fit oven and for a decent price.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. The guy who attended was very aggressive and not at all customer friendly. The guy was clueless and didn’t know how to fix the issue with dimmer switches and charged me £132 and even threatening to take me to court if I didn’t pay even when at no point I didn’t say that I won’t pay him for not fixing the issue. This guy has even blocked my phone number after charging me £132 for coming and messing with the switches and causing further issues.

Used these guys for some plumbing work. Great service & a very reasonable price. Recommended.

Highly recommend Rob. Enquired about a rewire and Rob was very helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and arranged for 2 of his electricians Daz and Matt to do a full re-wire. I would recommend Rob for any electrical work 👍

Recently used this company to fit a large heavy chandelier in my hallway. It was a tricky job but the brilliant hard work by Jack and Callum paid off. The job was very carefully done and I would highly recommend this company. Many thanks

Very poor customer service. Don’t respond to requests for quotes despite chasing multiple times. How this company is still in business is beyond me.

Excellent workman ship would highly recommend and also dog friendly

Awesome people, this company is amazing. They did an amazing job fixing my lights and mirrors. They’re quick and friendly. I highly recommend them??

Brilliant help over the phone

I have to say Jack & Callum replaced my old fuse board etc , such a great job & left all so clean & tidy ,thanks Rob .

Came out in the hour professional and informative would definetly recommend!

These guys are superb. On both occasions, they were fantastic and professional with their job. Keep up the good work

We have used this company. Their price was reasonable. Their time accuracy excellent - and their work very satisfactory. We have been very happy with them. Dr Barekati , Leeds LS16 8 HA

They did an excellent job of my rewiring. The guys were very kind and helpful and left everywhere tidy. They worked solidly and were very professional. I have used the company 3 times now,and would recommend to anyone.

I was looking for an electrician in Leeds to carry out an EICR certification, from overseas, and decided to go with R Pearson based on reviews. My dealings with them, which were only over email, were excellent; prompt, polite and knowledgeable. They ended up carrying out some others jobs for me and my tenant was also very happy with the communication and work, noting the team were friendly, on time and competent. Happy to recommend.

Excellent service reasonable cost very polite and professional lads could not have asked for a better job thanks guys *****

Emergency call out on a Sunday. Spent time on the phone making sure they could help before they came out and charge the call out fee. They came out and fixed the problem straight away. Thank you amazing service!

Highly recommended! Callum and Jack arrived to fit my shower they were polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I am happy to recommend to friends and family.

Got details from local magazine, had a few jobs inc shower fan stopped working, they came on time as promised, got parts, completed job, priced fair

Just want to say a massive thank you to Robert and his amazing team. They came to fault find on a socket circuit, there were here for 2 hours and only charged me for 1. Would absolutely recommend them

Really friendly folks who fixed up my exterior lights in just a few weeks after I contacted them, where other folks had let me down for months! Decent fair prices - decent equiment, not cheap stuff, friendly and capable staff :-)

Jack & Callum did a great job, highly professional would highly recommend, thanks guys.

Very professional polite and helpful. While they were at the property they didn’t mind helping with some other electrical issues I was having. They made useful suggestions when asked for. I would certainly use their services in future.

Really professional and on time, neat and tidy

Very helpful, organised, great service, 10 out of 10

Not to be trusted - charged me more than the initial quote by being deceptive

Great job - prompt and clean, many thanks Robert

Good service and speedy response when problems arise. Would recommend 100%

Tap was dripping throughout the night making it so it was difficult to sleep, called and within a few hours he was in the house fixing the problem, cheers guys

Helped resolve our problem over the phone. Saving us a call out charge.

Good professional company - would recommend to anyone looking for electrical work on their home

Excellent job carried out today by Rob. Very tidy and punctual workers.

Very polite and quick service. Would use again and will recommend to friends.

Took my call at 7:45 on a Sunday evening and helped troubleshoot the issue with no fuss. If I'm ever needing extra help I know where to come.

Excellent job, quote was very fair and work was done to a very high standard. Very pleased and would use again.

Came out at short notice to fix a broken light switch. Pleasant and efficient. Pleased with service. Thank you!

Robert turned up on time and carried out the work to a high standard at a fair price. I would recommend him.

Really quick callouts and really friendly engineer. Parts and labour is quite expensive. Would definitely use for urgent jobs.

Rob is a really good electrician who does the work agreed to an agreed timeline and to a good standard. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, very professional. After having tried a few electricians, found R Pearson to be the best, Would recommend them always!

Made an appointment which was confirmed and no body even turned up, not even a phone call to let us know so we waited at home for nothing. Very disappointing and unreliable.

Great service and thorough job carried out with good value for money. Friendly people who work hard. Would recommend

Excellent level of service, all of the work was done to a very high standard and the team were efficient, reliable and friendly

Down stairs lighting kept blowing fuses, Rob came out and sorted the fault out, Much appreciated Rob, I'll be back in touch in the future. Thank you very much.

Cannot recommend this company enough. Friendly, reliable and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be using them again .

Great service, friendly, highly recommended. Arrived on time and was clean and tidy. Definitely will be using them again.

Amazing service. Fit my new oven at very short notice and provided a friendly service. I highly recommend and I'll definitely use again. Thank you

Rob & his team know what they're talking about & always strives to do the best for their clients. He's done some excellent work for myself & at very competetive prices.

Oven repair was completed quickly and efficiently by Tom at the time I requested and at a reasonable price. Will definitely use again. Thanks.

eally efficient friendly company. Provided competitive quote and sorted the faulty motoring extractor fan, including sourcing parts, within a week of us contacting them. I trust this company

Disappointing experience. Quoted for new fuse box, relocation of this & a light fitting - agreed nominal £10 discount for doing all 3. Was told price (which included c. £400 labour) was due to fact it could take up to a day, preventing them from booking other jobs in. Work was sub-contracted out, and completed to decent standard - however, as new fuse box was smaller, didn't need relocating; work took 70 minutes, and guys that did it said they had 6 other jobs booked for the day. When queried final invoice which was unchanged from quote (i.e. relocation not removed) was told they weren't budging. Had no option but to pay, as a rental property needing certification for new tenants; paid within 6 days, after being chased by admin team, letting agent (who had nothing to do with the job), and threatened with legal action / being reported to local authority - similar to review below, seems very heavy handed. In discussions on final invoice were told that extra work was done (not what guys on site had said), and this would normally have been charged extra, reflecting review below. Seems odd that quoted prices can go up for extras, but not down for work not needed.

Came out to fit security lights to the front and rear of the house. Came on time the job was perfect. No mess, just a job well done. I'll be sure to recommend to friends and use again in the future.

Rob Pearson installed a new electrical consumer unit and rewired the supply to our cooker. It was difficult to get the supply from the consumer unit to the cooker. However, Rob persevered and discussed a number of options and stayed late to complete the job even though he was going on holiday that evening. He was on time, very tidy and fairly priced. We will be using his services again and will be recommending him to friends and family.

Professional, reliable, friendly service. Robert came immediately to get my elderlyMums electricity back on & installed a new fuse box week later. Would definitely use again & recommend to friends

Excellent service in fitting a new flexi hose to a cooker hood and fitting a new external grille. Regular communication prior to visit, arrived on time and did a clean and tidy job at a fair price. Very happy to recommend.

Robert & his coworkers were super friendly and did a really quick job both times I have asked them for help. Reasonably priced too and just in general a great service! Would highly recommend!

Work that was done was done to a high quality but at a high price, nevertheless Jamie was a lovely guy and fixed the issue 😊However when it came to payment the staff were very insulting and rude as we had an issue with an expired bank card - we had other options to pay but kindly asked for bank details for a transfer and explained the issue. We were then accused of playing games and told they would turn up at our property today and expected cash! Totally unprofessional, unnecessary attitude. Do not recommend unfortunately.

R Pearson Electrical installed a cooker and socket for me at a reasonable price and very last minute. I had been without a cooker for two months and when I asked him to price up the work he was very friendly and provided a price very quickly. He came out a couple of days later to do the electrics and a day later the gas was connected. No mess at all and a tidy job. Would definitely use in the future! Thank you

I found R Pearson Electrical & Plumbing via google reviews, so felt I should really leave one myself after now having the work completed. We recently bought a house that needed lots of renovation work doing, some of this being electrical and plumbing work and noted that R Pearson covered both. After calling Robert he was very polite and came round the following day to quote me on approx 12 different jobs I needed doing, from new Consumer Unit board to a new shower and inline pump for the bathroom and everything in between. I was provided with a quote for the different jobs broken down job by job in good time. I found the quote to be very fair and the lead time for the work being completed was also good. Rob is always available to discuss any queries etc and the guys he has working for him are all decent and on time. All the work was completed in agreed timescales to a high standard. Since the work has been completed we have realised we need some additional work doing, and I will definitely be getting Rob back to do this. I’m glad I found this company via these reviews. Recommended.

First time we used R Pearson Electricians today. Absolutely excellent service, came out at a moments notice . It was a lifesaver Fitted our new hob and cooker . Great service, very friendly and professional and gave an excellent fair price. We will definitely use them again.

Rob Pearson recently installed new bathroom lighting, with dimmer switch, the a new electrical consumer unit plus various other associated tasks within my house and garage. He was on time, did a great job, and charged exactly as stated. His rates are good too. I am very pleased with his work and will be happy to use Rob again. Recommended.

Had a load of work done in my house aswell as some outside lights. The team that came out were so nice and professional and did the work to top standards! Would not recommend anyone else. Also the customer service from the office was outstanding.

Robert is easy to get hold of fairly priced. Clean and tidy worker, I found him through the on your door step publication. He turned up on time price was agreed I added an extra outdoor socket., which we had already spoken about. I would definitely recommend him for electrical work. As I said have already said he's easy to get hold of, via phone or WhatsApp.

Rob quoted to install an outside tap and outside electrical socket. The job was scheduled and the electricians and plumber arrived on time, carried out the work professionally and quickly. They were tidy, and extremely respectful of the work they were carrying out. A quick tidy round at the end of the jobs and off they went. The invoice was emailed to us. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rob and will definitely use his company again. Thank you

I would fully recommend this firm: great experience with Rob and Callum on the installation of our bathroom extractor. We had a challenging installation due to it being an old house with lots of strange corners and very thick walls. Rob was able to find the best possible solutions and left us with a brilliant final installation. The new extractor feels x10 more powerful than the old vent fan and looks very tidy. Professional, friendly, and reliable team overall, but most importantly: competent. Thank you and look forward to commissioning more work from R Pearson in the future.

Robert and his team came to fit some spotlights from the roof outside. From start to finish a professional service was provided. A fair quote was given and fitting was done in a couple of weeks. They did a great job, tidy and didn't take them long. Would highly recommend it was a fantastic service! Will certainly be using them again in the future.

We were thoroughly impressed with Robert and his team when we first contacted them about replacing our bathroom fan. They were very responsive, helpful, efficient, and we felt very looked after. The work they carried out was done to a high standard. When we noticed that our replacement fan had a slight issue, Robert and his team took no hesitation to come out and replace it for us. We would highly recommend these guys and look forward to using them again for our future electrical needs!
