I have used this company twice within the past few weeks - firstly for an emergency due to electrical sockets tripping in my kitchen. Callum checked thoroughly to ensure he’d caught the issue and resolved it for me. Then 2 other lads came back a few weeks later to update my spotlights and install a new fuse board. The lads were very friendly, efficient and tidy. Thank you so much!
Really friendly team, but did a poor job. It was supposed to take 1 day, but they had to keep coming back to fix their own work- Sadly wouldn't recommend these guys.
Following a sudden loss of power to all my electrical sockets one morning, which I was unable reconnect, Callum came in just over an hour, discovered the problem and removed an extension socket which unknown to me had some water spilt on it. He suggested we needed an updated metal fuse box, and he and his colleague fitted it today. Very polite and friendly pair who got the job done in a timely way. Would definitely recommend!

Lost power to fridge and freezer on a Saturday night and Robert came out to look at it (and got the appliances plugged into another source - food saved). Jack & Matt came back a week or so later - fitted a new fuse box to solve the problem! Worked so hard all day re-wiring - really lovely guys and all working properly now - no more electricity tripping! Excellent service all round wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company- really responsive and skilled. Thank you for doing a great job!

What a joke agreed a day and time for some electrical work .DID NOT TURN UP ... tried calling serveral times to find out when he will arrive .... he did not even answer kept declining the call ...he knew it was me calling. 1 star only because I cannot give minus rating
Avoid getting a EICR, they will carry out an inspection, create work that is not required, then unless you pay the thousands of pounds they won't issue the EICR and they will not refund your money. Scam avoid using.
Didn’t look at the photos that were requested, misquoted, turned up then refused to do the job. Very disappointing and left in the lurch. Edit: Thank you for the apology. I do appreciate that Christmas is a busy time, it is also a busy time for me and unfortunately I was let down yesterday. As you had asked for photos of the consumer unit as well as the hoband surroundings, I think it is reasonable to assume that the quote would cover full installation including any electrics. I hope that this experience is an isolated incident and uncharacteristic of your company's normal service.
I wouldn't use them again, quite aggressive mouth full attitude. You can judge responsiveness by their responses to customer reviews.
Just moved to the area and had a very small leak, difficult to diagnose what exactly it was and exactly where it was coming from. Oliver did a great job diagnosing it and cutting into our ceiling was left to the very last resort, and it wasn't in vein! He cut in exactly the right spot to find the small leak and sort it out. Job was done in about 30-40 mins, will be using R Pearson again in the future.
After reading positive revues called R Pearson Electric ltd, they are very friendly punctual and tidy workers, they installed new consumer unit I'm very happy with the work, I'll definitely call them again

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. The guy who attended was very aggressive and not at all customer friendly. The guy was clueless and didn’t know how to fix the issue with dimmer switches and charged me £132 and even threatening to take me to court if I didn’t pay even when at no point I didn’t say that I won’t pay him for not fixing the issue. This guy has even blocked my phone number after charging me £132 for coming and messing with the switches and causing further issues.

I was looking for an electrician in Leeds to carry out an EICR certification, from overseas, and decided to go with R Pearson based on reviews. My dealings with them, which were only over email, were excellent; prompt, polite and knowledgeable. eally efficient friendly company. Provided competitive quote and sorted the faulty motoring extractor fan, including sourcing parts, within a week of us contacting them. I trust this company
Disappointing experience. Quoted for new fuse box, relocation of this & a light fitting - agreed nominal £10 discount for doing all 3. Was told price (which included c. £400 labour) was due to fact it could take up to a day, preventing them from booking other jobs in. Work was sub-contracted out, and completed to decent standard - however, as new fuse box was smaller, didn't need relocating; work took 70 minutes, and guys that did it said they had 6 other jobs booked for the day. When queried final invoice which was unchanged from quote (i.e. relocation not removed) was told they weren't budging. Had no option but to pay, as a rental property needing certification for new tenants; paid within 6 days, after being chased by admin team, letting agent (who had nothing to do with the job), and threatened with legal action / being reported to local authority - similar to review below, seems very heavy handed. In discussions on final invoice were told that extra work was done (not what guys on site had said), and this would normally have been charged extra, reflecting review below. Seems odd that quoted prices can go up for extras, but not down for work not needed.
Came out to fit security lights to the front and rear of the house. Came on time the job was perfect. No mess, just a job well done. I'll be sure to recommend to friends and use again in the future.
Rob Pearson installed a new electrical consumer unit and rewired the supply to our cooker. It was difficult to get the supply from the consumer unit to the cooker. However, Rob persevered and discussed a number of options and stayed late to complete the job even though he was going on holiday that evening. He was on time, very tidy and fairly priced. We will be using his services again and will be recommending him to friends and family.

Work that was done was done to a high quality but at a high price, nevertheless Jamie was a lovely guy and fixed the issue 😊However when it came to payment the staff were very insulting and rude as we had an issue with an expired bank card - we had other options to pay but kindly asked for bank details for a transfer and explained the issue. We were then accused of playing games and told they would turn up at our property today and expected cash! Totally unprofessional, unnecessary attitude. Do not recommend unfortunately.
R Pearson Electrical installed a cooker and socket for me at a reasonable price and very last minute. I had been without a cooker for two months and when I asked him to price up the work he was very friendly and provided a price very quickly. He came out a couple of days later to do the electrics and a day later the gas was connected. No mess at all and a tidy job. Would definitely use in the future! Thank you
I found R Pearson Electrical & Plumbing via google reviews, so felt I should really leave one myself after now having the work completed. We recently bought a house that needed lots of renovation work doing, some of this being electrical and plumbing work and noted that R Pearson covered both. After calling Robert he was very polite and came round the following day to quote me on approx 12 different jobs I needed doing, from new Consumer Unit board to a new shower and inline pump for the bathroom and everything in between. I was provided with a quote for the different jobs broken down job by job in good time. I found the quote to be very fair and the lead time for the work being completed was also good. Rob is always available to discuss any queries etc and the guys he has working for him are all decent and on time. All the work was completed in agreed timescales to a high standard. Since the work has been completed we have realised we need some additional work doing, and I will definitely be getting Rob back to do this. I’m glad I found this company via these reviews. Recommended.

Rob Pearson recently installed new bathroom lighting, with dimmer switch, the a new electrical consumer unit plus various other associated tasks within my house and garage. Robert is easy to get hold of fairly priced. Clean and tidy worker, I found him through the on your door step publication. He turned up on time price was agreed I added an extra outdoor socket., which we had already spoken about. I would definitely recommend him for electrical work. Rob quoted to install an outside tap and outside electrical socket. The job was scheduled and the electricians and plumber arrived on time, carried out the work professionally and quickly. I would fully recommend this firm: great experience with Rob and Callum on the installation of our bathroom extractor. We had a challenging installation due to it being an old house with lots of strange corners and very thick walls. Rob was able to find the best possible solutions and left us with a brilliant final installation. The new extractor feels x10 more powerful than the old vent fan and looks very tidy. Professional, friendly, and reliable team overall, but most importantly: competent. Thank you and look forward to commissioning more work from R Pearson in the future.
