I rang on Monday as I had an issue with my oil boiler and by Tuesday lunchtime it had all been sorted! Mark and Sam were both friendly and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you both so much for fixing the issue.
We had Mitch as our fitter for heating and radiators for the whole house, and we could not have had a better experience. His attention to detail, getting everything aligned, cutting the floorboards the minimum possible etc was amazing and means the new radiators look fantastic, and he was friendly and communicative throughout. If we got more work done in the future, we would specifically ask for Mitch again!

Sam and the team have just finished installing two air conditioning units and fitted a bathroom in a new extension. Sam has been fantastic to work with; very knowledgable and professional throughout the process. I have just had a replacement boiler fitted by Mark Thompson Leeds Ltd. Rio & Harry arrived just aftet 8am, the boiler was fitted and up and running by early afternoon. The work was carried out to a very high standard, everything was left clean and tidy. The cost was much better than the larger companies, and the boiler came with a 10 year warranty, rather than 5 quoted by the others. I would definitely recommend this company.

Following the failure of our ageing oil boiler I was recommended to Mark Thompson (Leeds) Ltd. They attended to assess what was required on Tuesday and sent a quote that day which I accepted. By Thursday a new boiler had been supplied fitted and was up and running. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with such an efficient and professional organisation. The engineers who installed the new boiler were knowledgeable,hard working and extremely courteous and a site visit during installation from Mark Thompson himself served to emphasise the importance this company attaches to customer satisfaction. If I could give them 6 stars I would.I recommend them without hesitation. They will not disappoint.
Called on Friday afternoon with a boiler issue and someone was out Monday morning. Sam managed to get everything sorted for me there and then, answered all my questions and gave me advice about options for new boilers Vs fixing it Vs other tweaks that might make it work better - no pressure to get a new one or upsell me, just gave options and respected my choice. I went through British Gas first and they didn't help at all, these guys were much better, will be using them in future and supporting local!
Mark Thompson Ltd were absolutely amazing. I had full central heating installed with removal of the exisiting hot water tank and electric radiators. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgable friendly and pleasant. Mark who did the initial visit and quote was professional and friendly and got me the quote in great time. Sam who booked it and was then main contact was always available for questions, approachable and flexible to making changes in the plan and discussing options. Both fitters Rio and Harry were brilliant. They were polite and courtious, very respectful of the house, they cleaned as they went and always left the rooms in a safe and tidy way. They handled the extra difficult of having to work around indoor cats good naturely. What could have been a very stressful time was made easy by all the lads - very happy with how fast they worked and that full explanations and guidance were given every step of the way. I will be using them again and would definately recommend them.
We recently had our oil boiler fail and needed a new one. I rang round 3 or 4 companies for a quote and settled on Mark Thompson Leeds to carry out the works. I’m very glad I did. It’s a rare thing these days to find helpful, willing and trustworthy contractors. I found Sam to be extremely helpful when coming out for a quote, communicating properly about expectations of timing for carrying out the work and during the installation. Sam and Rio came and fitted the boiler, which is outside. When there was a problem that the system wasn’t holding pressure, they worked for a long time trying to solve the issue but it turned out to be a burst pipe buried underground in concrete. They worked with our builder to enable him to dig up the ground in the right location and came out very quickly once the broken pipe had been uncovered to repair it and get the system up and running. We had no heating for 2 weeks over a very cold spell but now have a lovely warm house again, thanks to Sam & Rio. They were also very tidy! Which is always nice. I will be definitely using this company for our servicing and have hopefully got them a new customer with my neighbour.
On the 18th of Feb we were having serious trouble with our central heating boiler so I spoke to Sam at Mark Thompson’s Leeds, who was absolutely brilliant and has a great attitude to problems and he said he’d send Elliot his heating engineer round within the hour. Eliot was there in 40 mins he was very polite and professional, and quickly ascertained that due to its age (installed in 2009) it now needed a lot of parts and showed me in detail what was wrong. I decided commercially, rather than invest in repairing the boiler, and potentially have further costly repairs anytime in the future, to replace it with with a brand new one with better efficiency and more importantly, a 10 year warranty by the manufacturer. Sam ordered the new boiler there and then and on the 19th of Feb Harry who was just great again very polite and tidy came at 8am prompt and removed the old boiler and installed the new one within the day with Zero issues. He even had to replace the original thermostat remote controls with a new one as it wasn’t compatible due to its age with the new boiler, not an issue for Harry, all part of the service he said! I cannot recommend Mark Thompson (Leeds) highly enough. So if your looking for a professional Heating & Plumbing Company with great experienced employees that are polite and trustworthy and tidy, then this is the Company you need for a 10/10 service and result. Well done Sam Elliott and Harry 🤝

We recently had our boiler replaced, water tanks removed and hive installed and we couldn't be more pleased with the service of Mark and his team. Harry did all the manual work and was extremely efficient, punctual and tidy! There was a slight issue with our water pressure and Harry gave a very clear explanation that we had to contact Yorkshire Water, and figured out a workaround so we could get the heating up and running! Mark even called and checked in several times to explain and ask for updates on how YW were solving the problem, which we found a nice touch. Once that was rectified, Harry came out again to finished the installation and again was punctual, personable and extremely efficient. We couldn't be happier with the service provided by the entire team and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

Sam and Mark were recommended to us by our builder to carry out both the first and second fix plumbing for our extension, which includes a new utility and shower room, as well as installing new radiators in multiple rooms. The first fix was completed efficiently, and the second fix will be finished later this month. So far, everything has been handled professionally — Sam has been reliable, communicative, and easy to work with, co-ordinating well with our builder and other trades people working on the project as needed. Looking for a new boiler we chose Mark Thompson ( Horsforth) and were not disappointed.Mark visited our house and after surveying the old boiler / kitchen area he outlined the best options.His experience and professionalism were evident and gave us confidence that the work would be excellent. On the agreed date for installation Harry and Rio arrived on time and covered the working area in the kitchen.Both worked throughout the day checking all gas appliances and ensuring that safety was a priority before they started removing the old boiler. My boiler was unfortunately deemed unsafe by a British gas engineer, so we had no hot water or heating. These guys came out within the hour and then had a space the next day to fit a new boiler.
