Palm Yorkshire fit a new electrical boiler into my Mill conversion annex - which previously had a very worn old and large boiler installed. They gave me all the options available for a building of my size and capabilities with their best suggested energy efficiency boiler. They never pressurised me and both Paul's were phenomenal in fitting and customer care. Both pre and after care have been superb. Friendly and understandable staff, very accommodating. They even gave me some protective plastic wrap for my stairs/carpet for when my kitchen was being fit! Above and Beyond!! Thank you Palm. Really impressed. Had an issue with a leak under our kitchen sink and a guy by the name of Paul was round within a few hours. He fixed the issue quickly and advised us on tools and equipment we would need in the future for any other similar issues in the house. Would definitely recommend.
Messed around with dates, didnt finish the job in a day but could have done. Left loads of mess. Radiator quality good though..
A local company that cares about providing a really good service, quickly and with no mess. They turned up on time, explained what was needed and what they had done and were friendly and polite. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to other friends and to local companies.
We needed a significant amount of work doing on a house we had just bought. Palm came recommended to us by family and on Which? Trusted Traders and their quote was also the best we'd received. Tom the electrician was exceptional. He completed a huge amount of work in 2 days, despite us being incredibly unhelpful and adding extra jobs to his list. He also apparently found time to fix our broken door lock! The admin team on the phones and email were also amazing; they were kind, friendly and incredibly patient. We will definitely use them again, and would highly recommend their services.
Palm Yorkshire recently installed a Vaillant domestic boiler and did an absolutely cracking job. They were considerably cheaper than two other comparable quotes and were able to complete installation just over a week after I confirmed I wanted to go ahead. The plumber who came was thoroughly professional, cleaned up after himself and was happy to explain each stage of his work, which was to a very high standard. Would thoroughly recommend Palm Yorkshire, and look forward to using them again in the (distant) future.

After understanding the high quality of work you’ve completed for myself and on behalf of others I asked you to book in an emergency job; to resolve what I suspected to be a faulty value on our shower. As well as constantly running the pipes were rattling and screeching. After the briefest of chats on the phone you booked a colleague to attend the very next day. This was important as the weekend and a Bank Holiday were looming. We couldn’t have coped with another 4 days of screeching. Not only that you replaced the shower unit for a very aggregable price. Your colleague, Raj arrived early and set to work and within an hour had completed the task and tidied up. Needless to say we are delighted with our new and quiet shower unit. Which by the way has an eco-water saving feature built in. You never faltered in meeting or expectations and I will have no hesitation in recommending you to my family, friends and clients in the future.
I recently had my combi boiler replaced by Palm Yorkshire. I found the team to be highly professional and well priced and the engineers who carried out the work left the area immaculate. It's a bonus that they're local as I will be using their services again in the future.
Faultless and pleasant service at a competitive cost. I use Palm for all my heating requirements. Recently did work on my heating system in a house I rent out and i got a phone call from the tenant saying that "the guys i use were terrific". Praise indeed from my tenant.
Last month I booked Palm Yorkshire to come out and repair a leaking radiator in our bathroom. The operative who came out was very friendly and explained his assessment thoroughly. He replaced both valves and bled the system thoroughly. The radiator has never been better and all the leaks have ceased. Our system regularly lost pressure up to this time but now the system never loses pressure and is as efficient as new. I recommend Palm to anyone with a plumbing issue or indeed for their new boiler service.
Used Palm Yorkshire for a new boiler after it was recommended by a friend. They quoted and fitted in the same week. The engineers were all friendly and Simon who communicated with me was efficient and professional. I would recommend Palm Yorkshire for any plumbing and heating needs.
Had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment they rang two days before to cancel as employee could not make it. Had no cover for this and expected me to wait a further two weeks.
Cheapest quote by far - no problems with boiler installation. Excellent service all round.

Recently got a quote from Palm Yorkshire about my boiler which they charged a £70 call out for, he was there 10 mins, then they quoted me £255, I've just had it fixed parts included for £90, RIP OFF MERCHANTS STAY WELL CLEAR
