Bobby and his team recently rewired my mum's 3 bed detached house and integrated garage. They were very professional and friendly and guided us seamlessly through the whole process from start to finish. Their work was of a very high standard. They even went above and beyond to organise other trades as required by us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I called Elecsafe services after purchasing my first property and discovering it had electrical issues. Bobby couldn’t have been more kind and patient listening to what I needed and came to assess the property immediately and provided a quote the same day. The property required a full rewire in a fairly complicated old building during very hot weather, and yet throughout the process all the team were kind, respectful of the property and extremely helpful in making suggestions to improve the property and other works that I required. Then work was completed quickly, efficiently and to an incredibly high standard. Thanks to the entire elecsafe team for making this the unless stressful part of a surprise renovation! I wouldn’t call anyone else in the future.

Recently I required a quote regarding electrical testing to be carried out on a property and a EICR to be completed accordingly before I proceeded with purchase of this property. I contacted Bobby from Elecsafe Services Ltd and was really pleased with the service from beginning to end. Bobby and his team were honest, professional, reliable and super helpful. It was great and reassuring to see that they were accredited by the CPS scheme and NAPIT. I was really pleased with all aspects of the electrical testing carried out, which resulted in the conclusion that a full electrical rewire was required on the property due to finding a low insulation resistance (IR) across the existing circuits, fuseboard requiring relocation and various additional reasons. Bobby explained why this was required, ensured to cover all minor details and explained this in a method that was easily understandable. I explained that I would require a quote for the electrical rewire, which again Bobby consulted me on my requirements, completed a quote efficiently and was happy to answer any queries that I had. It was noted that during Bobby and his team being on the property, they found found some issues and resolved them for the seller, whom in turn realised the great job that they were doing, was so confident in their expertise and employed them themselves for another job! Said they would quote a price before starting the work but began the work while I was in another room before agreeing. Then tagged on a second job at an additional cost of £60 without discussing the price. Expensive and extremely disappointing.

Bobby and Tom at BCH Serv were excellent. We had an electric charger fitted by them. They were quick and efficient with their work and completed it all to the highest standard. We ran into a few issues with the charger (we separately purchased a charger unit from Ohme which Bobby/Tom kindly agreed to fit despite being unfamiliar with it, but the unit we bought was faulty), however, Bobby and Tom were very helpful in fixing the issue. They came back multiple times, liaised with Ohme directly and managed to get everything up and running. Very good experience with BCH Serv, would definitely recommend and will be using them again for any future electrical work required.
Bobby did a great job to assess the problem with our kitchen socket and to install a new one. I'd definitely strongly consider BCH for future electrical needs.
