Elecsafe Services Ltd

Bobby and his team were so responsive, professional and kind with my last minute EICR request. Would thoroughly recommend him and his team - he’s great!

Really good, professional, concientious and thorough. No hassle whatsoever. So easy to deal with. Clearly shows they take pride in their work . Wish I had used them on previous work.

I recently hired Bobby and his team] to upgrade two fuse boards and handle the electrical work for my loft conversion, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, [he/she/they] demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. The upgrade to the fuse boards was completed efficiently, and he took the time to explain the process, ensuring I understood the benefits of the new system. The work in the loft conversion was equally impressive— they worked meticulously, ensuring everything was safe and up to code. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and Bobby was always punctual and respectful of my home. I would use again!

Friendly, courteous, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I've used elecsafe for many jobs from a new circuit board to new light fittings and will continue to use them for any electrical requirements in the future.

Recently I required a quote regarding electrical testing to be carried out on a property and a EICR to be completed accordingly before I proceeded with purchase of this property. I contacted Bobby from Elecsafe Services Ltd and was really pleased with the service from beginning to end. Bobby and his team were honest, professional, reliable and super helpful. It was great and reassuring to see that they were accredited by the CPS scheme and NAPIT. I was really pleased with all aspects of the electrical testing carried out, which resulted in the conclusion that a full electrical rewire was required on the property due to finding a low insulation resistance (IR) across the existing circuits, fuseboard requiring relocation and various additional reasons. Bobby explained why this was required, ensured to cover all minor details and explained this in a method that was easily understandable. I explained that I would require a quote for the electrical rewire, which again Bobby consulted me on my requirements, completed a quote efficiently and was happy to answer any queries that I had. It was noted that during Bobby and his team being on the property, they found found some issues and resolved them for the seller, whom in turn realised the great job that they were doing, was so confident in their expertise and employed them themselves for another job! I would strongly recommend them for any electrical job, be it big or small! Thanks Elecsafe Services Ltd. Great job!👍🏽

Bobby and his team have undertaken several jobs for me over the last month- all completed promptly and to a very high standard. I would happily recommend Elecsafe.

More great service from Bobby and his team. Honest counsel and advice as always. Hugely reassuring for us all, thanks once again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

I had a brilliant experience with Elecsafe Services. Bobby and all the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond in every aspect of service, quality of work and frequent communications throughout a lengthy job. He was considerate when looking at the house overall and gave us several solutions to problems. I cant recommend Elecsafe enough and will continue to use their services.

Got new electric heaters installed, very friendly service with useful advice when asked upon and in no way pushy or overselling. The job was done quickly and efficiently, all at a reasonable price, couldn't ask for more!

Thank you very much Bobby and Tom for a full rewire of my new kitchen and the installation of a new customer unit. Very polite and professional, as you were working side by side with other trades people. Can't thank you enough for explaining/helping me through each step of the electrics. All new relocated sockets (for white goods (plus extra sockets)), switches, ceiling lights and outdoor light. Not a wire in sight now, unlike the old kitchen and pantry you first seen. I'm so chuffed with my new kitchen. Looks amazing! Once again I can't thank you both enough and will definitely use BCH Serv Electrical in the future (lounge next) and recommend.

Friendly service and great value for money. Would definitely recommend to family and friendly.

Excellent Service - A very quick response and resolution for an elderly customer. Making every effort to ensure that they were not left without light. Polite, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.

The quote was very reasonable and they came on time and did a very good neat and tidy job , would use for anything electrical going forward .

Great service friendly and professional- Great to deal with- will definitely use again

Excellent Company. First class workmanship and great value for money. They have completed work at my home and two business premises fitting well over 20 security cameras and additional electrical work. Would highly recommend them, and will certainly be using them again. Thank you.

Said they would quote a price before starting the work but began the work while I was in another room before agreeing. Then tagged on a second job at an additional cost of £60 without discussing the price. Expensive and extremely disappointing.

Very helpful information over the phone to understand the cost of a home EV Charger installation.

Bobby and Tom at BCH Serv were excellent. We had an electric charger fitted by them. They were quick and efficient with their work and completed it all to the highest standard. We ran into a few issues with the charger (we separately purchased a charger unit from Ohme which Bobby/Tom kindly agreed to fit despite being unfamiliar with it, but the unit we bought was faulty), however, Bobby and Tom were very helpful in fixing the issue. They came back multiple times, liaised with Ohme directly and managed to get everything up and running. Very good experience with BCH Serv, would definitely recommend and will be using them again for any future electrical work required.

Bobby did a great job to assess the problem with our kitchen socket and to install a new one. I'd definitely strongly consider BCH for future electrical needs.

Very pleased with the work undertaken - fitted 2 new sockets, moved 2 sockets off the skirting boards, and installed a new light fitting. Left everything clean and tidy, good value, and kept us updated throughout.

Recently had a full rewire to my 1970s 3 bed property. Really pleased with the process - went through in depth what had to be done and other things we wanted added. very clear quote. very professional, hardworking and a great price. would recommend and use again. thank you!

Used this company twice over the last few months for fitting light switches and sockets and then putting up light fittings. Very pleased with their professionalism and advice regarding the work I needed doing. Will definitely recommend BCH to anyone for electrical work.

Brilliant customer care, very knowledgeable and experienced providing advice and guidance with no pressure. Very professional and genuine service considering what the customer needs with no pressure. Thank you!

Friendly staff Clear explanation of their planned work for that day Tidy Excellent communication Excellent customer care
