Several reviewers of ARJ ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS LTD describe Andy as helpful over the phone, with one saying he suggested a fix by phone before any visit and another saying he talked them through a repair while on holiday. Several reviewers report high-standard work, including full house rewires, extra sockets and lights, and one says the finished job was professional and reasonably priced. One reviewer says the fault was found quickly and another describes the response to an emergency call as very quick. One reviewer called the person they dealt with rude, without giving more detail.
Arranged a call out, Andy suggested sending photos prior to visit. He then got back in contact and suggested over the phone a fix which resolved the issue. Great integrity and will happily use for any future issues
We rang ARJ as an emergency when our fuse board stopped working on Saturday and despite being on his holidays he kindly talked us through the issues and helped us fix the problem! We will certainly be using the company again for any future electrical needs. Thank you very much.

1st class service and a nice bloke
Would highly recommend. Andy first quoted and then came to me really quickly to do the work. All to a high standard. A tidy and professional electrician who I would definitely call on again
Called Andy late on a Friday after tripping a fuse to all our downstairs lights that would not reconnect. Andy was extremely helpful and knowledgable from the off and able to talk me through the repair over the phone quickly. Will approach ARG again in the near future to undertake some work on the new house without doubt.
Excellent service and very quick response

Extremely helpful and professional. Sorted out our problem swiftly and efficiently. Many thanks.
Andy completely rewired the house, as well as installation of extra sockets, lights and cooker. He is a real professional, works hard and gets the job done to a very high standard. Highly recommended.
Andy, is very professional and helpful. I have used his services from installing a nest to putting lights and power in the attic, to installing bathroom mirror lights, to a chandelier. His work has always been to a very high standard, and no matter how frustrating a job might potentially be, he tackles it with professionalism and a smile. Having used other electricians in the past I would not use anyone else anymore.
Andy has done some excellent electrical work for us over the years. Very professional and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend!
Andy rewired our whole house while we were away, and we were very impressed with his work and his willingness to adapt to our needs. The finished job is very professional, and was a good price too. We expected the mess to be awful, but he cleared up most of it. Very happy.
Excellent service, with a smile! Andy provided very prompt service, and located the fault with our electrics quickly. Would highly recommend. Victoria
